Introduction
In MasterMind IQ, you will explore practical tools for planning, designed to help you increase your productivity and problem solving. You will appreciate how planning can
contribute to achieving more in life. MM IQ is the direct result of more than 15 years of compilation and brief dis-
coveries about personal efficiency, is for organizing, priori-tizing and setting goals. It‟s the answer to the question; “How do you plan a goal?” The procedures are easy to
understand and is a quick guide to take control of your goals. The turning point to write MM IQ was that simple
question. Organize and set goals, this is a great example of how to plan.
There are three basic reasons why we don't set goals: We don't know how to set goals.
We don't realize how important goals are. and We tend to be conform to whatever comes.
MasterMind IQ clarifies how to plan, what to do, and when to take the first step. It helps form a plan of action
to ensure that you achieve your priorities. Although, plan-ning is not real difficult, most of us don‟t want to take the
time planning. You must force yourself to think about what you do want, identify your ideas—your goals. Don‟t let your ideas be just a dream.
The most critical part to achieve your goals—is you. Plan
your ideas so you can achieve them as goals. Create the life you want, or the twist and turns of life will create it for you. If you follow the suggestions based on the discoveries
laid out, you will be able to avoid some of the pitfalls that most of us confront daily. You must place your interests
first or perish; because, no one else will do it for you. Keep in mind, there is no shortcuts to success, this takes
commitment and work. But, once you commit to take the first steps to create the life you really desire you will never think the same way again.

May you discover your purpose! ¡Que pueda descubrir su propósito!

The 5—Tactics To Help You Achieve Your Goals:
If, you know what you want then, go for it—Now!
1. Identify what you want—the Goal and write it down. Clear objectives facilitates a better strategy to follow the progress.
2. Plan the first step—to clarify your plan of action. To achieve anything you must plan the steps.
3. Timeframe; Set a realistic starting-date and dateline. The purpose for projecting is to keep you from drifting and wandering.
4. Take action and you immediately begin to focus on the things that impacts your goals the most. This is the pro-
cess of doing something in order to achieve your purpose. 5. Evaluate the steps at least once a week, the clearer,
the easier to advance; this prepares you for any chang-es. This is not about motivating and voila. Although, is good to be motivated to obtain anything. Begin using
the tactics and imagine your possibility. Evaluate the goal significance value, advantages and disadvantages,
personal meaning, options of doing this or that, sense of direction, etc. Reflect over your life. Are you where you want to be? …
Or are you settling for whatever comes, here you have the
opportunity to implement and create the ideal life you want. When we set a goal, we get extremely motivated
and eager about achieving that specific goal. But, emo-tional motivation is only temporary. Motivation without a technique is not enough. Planning and using the tactics is
how you‟ll accomplish your purpose. I am not promising anything, because this only works if you use the system as
part of your abilities to shape your destiny. Bear in mind, the energy you convey is the same you‟ll attract; good or bad, effective or ineffective, creative or not-creative.

NO BUSINESS SCHOOL CAN TEACH YOU THIS
Former Harvard Psychology Professor David McClelland firmly
believed that the ones who are motivated to achieve-and-
to-be-successful are, the one who make things happen
and get better results. McClelland showed us that with the
right tools, knowledge and motivation you too can benefit set-
ting goals and enhance your emotional critical thinking.
MasterMind IQ is the right tool. The original motivator to write it
was the well-known self-image enhancing book; Psycho Cyber-
netics by Dr. Maxwell Maltz; it ignited industries globally on the
topics of personal development; mental strengths, motivation,
goal-setting, etc. With record sales of over 30 million books.
This powerful book touched the lives of millions, provided a new
approach to get more out of life.
I also explored an informal internal surveyed from the Yale
class of 1953, where 3% had written financial goals at gradua-
tion. When the group returned in 1973, the 3% of the class
who had plans had a higher net worth than the 97% combined.
BUT MORE IMPORTANT IS the 1979 goal setting studied
cited by Mark McCormack theorized at the Harvard Busi-
ness School MBA Program, where 1,124 graduates
students were asked:
"Have you set clear, written goals for your
future and made plans to accomplish them?"
Only 3% of the graduates had written goals and plans;
13% had goals, but not written; and
84% had no specific goals.
** 10 YEARS LATER, THE RESULTS WERE
The 13% of the class who had goals; but not written
were earning, on average, twice as much as the 84%.
And the 3% who had clear, written goals were earn-
ing, on average, ten times as the other 97% put together.
* According to Harvard statics the typical salary three
month post graduation in 2012 was, an average of $120K
annually with a plus or minus of $20K signing bonus.
Use the Harvard study to create the change needed to influ-
ence your life. Good things don’t happen by accident; they
occur because you take opportunities seriously. To play in the
All-Star game requires more than dreaming, you need to be
emotionally and physically ready for the opportunity.
If you would like to predict your tomorrow, just take a look
at your planning today for tomorrow. Encourage and believe
in your gifts, THIS IS SOMETHING A BUSINESS SCHOOL CANNOT
TEACH YOU. Think how good you‟ll feel when you reach your
goals and chances are better that you‟ll succeed. You can't
always influence or manipulate what happens outside of
you—But, you can control how you react and what action you
need to take. If you need to move a mountain by tomorrow,
you must start digging now. Tomorrow's opportunity is in to-
day‟s digging. Go out and create your own opportunities; being
proactive means that instead of reacting to things as they
come, you intentionally plan your own routine.
Sólo 3% de los graduados habían escrito metas y planes;
13% tenía metas, pero no escritas; y
84% no tenían metas especificas.
para influir su vida. Cosas buenas no ocurren por casualidad;
nes, ESTO ES ALGO QUE NINGUNA ESCUELA DE NEGOCIO PUEDE ENSE-

5 THE SECRET TO BEING MORE EFFECTIVE IS:
“Make the effort and try and try with per-sistent. Don't waste time worrying about things you cannot change. And don’t try to be perfect in every step or you will deliber-ately sabotage yourself each time.” PV
PV
No one prepares us for the emotional stress it takes our daily life
and there is no better approach than another to being effective.
But, if you make the effort and try with persistence, you will at-
tract more success and diminish disappointments. The Harvard
study is based on statistical data. Cited in the book ―What They
Don’t Teach You At Harvard Business School‖ written by
Mark McCormack. McCormack valuable lesson is “Be aware of
what a business school cannot teach you.” Exp., the people mak-
ing the most money are the one who take chances and you don‟t
have to have an MBA to be part of the top 3% to be able to plan
goals. The secret is only in our minds, to benefit you need to
decide what to plan or what not to plan with persistence.
Learn to plan even the little things and commit with passion, vital
to being more effective. Planning will help you sleep better with
less stress.
Become more successful, make the effort with persis-
tence. From now and on, you should be able to formulate better
plans and to set goals with consistency. When you plan you are
ready to exploit any opportunity that crosses your path. Without
any doubt planning facilitates an advantage to set goals effec-
tively, this will encourage and improve your performance. All you
need to do is to listen to that little voice that tells you ―This is
what I want, this is what I need to be doing, this is what
I’ve been looking for.‖ MasterMind IQ is about exposing that
sense of purpose inside of YOU.
neficiarse necesita decidir qué planificar o qué no planifi-

6 You Must Know Where You’re GoingYou Must Know Where You’re Going
To know where you’re going, you must plan where you
want to go, plan your path and thus be capable to manifest
your vision. This helps you perceive more possibilities and
transform difficult problems into viable steps. Write your ideas
on paper so you can be more efficient, so you can see
where you are and where you need to go. Also to regain control
of your busy life and stress, key to prosperity and happiness.
Masterminding You Thoughts—discerning is how you solve
barriers. We all think in general terms, but when we have a plan
we think in detail. Gain the ability to build a better family and
professional life with better income. With a plan you focus on
the detail of the goal. Discerning is how you consider whether
what you‟re planning is viable or not. Planning your objectives
helps you perceive more opportunities in the future. Be proac-
tive—take control, mastermind your goals and take the steps
to achieve them. As a proactive person you need to listen to
your thoughts and to things happening around, so you can
guide yourself to the anticipated destination.
IQ—cognitive thinking—essential for making decisions. Is the
awareness of your experiences, reasoning and capabilities as
you plan. When you reflect deeply you are using your cognitive
thinking—Do what you can, with what surges. Think of your IQ
as the reliable part of your creativity. Be purposely intuitive,
let all ideas flow free. This is about capabilities and know-how
not intellect. To benefit you must be productive with consisten-
cy through planning.
Look around, the people making the most money are the
one who plan and take chances. All successful individuals,
entrepreneurs, sport coaches understand this. ―If you don’t
plan, you are planning for failure.‖ Here are the tools and
tips to achieve the results you want. It only requires of you to
define what you want to achieve because, no one can do it for
you. When you plan, break each task into small steps. This is
how you tackled any small or big task that needs to be done.
And don‟t saturate doing too much at once, because is confus-
ing, impracticable and leads to disappointment.
To know where you‟re going you must encourage yourself each
evening to reflect on, ―What’s important to you, now?‖
Once you identify what you want to do, write it down and ask
yourself, ―Is this something I can commit to?‖
Whatever that is all requires a complete commitment on your
part. Think of the benefits and opportunities. This influences
you to maximize productivity and to find meaning in what you
are doing; this reduces obstacles and simplifies your strategy.
There is a purpose for you and only you can discover
what it is. The actions you take today should bring you closer
or further away from your purpose. If you don‟t take the time to
discern what you want, you‟ll always be doubting yourself with-
out any goals. Ask yourself, “Am I leaving my future to whatev-
er comes?” Yes or No? It is easier to do nothing. Observe your
observations. The result will be obviously gratifying.
Usted Debe Saber Adonde VaUsted Debe Saber Adonde Va
pasos viables.
clave a prosperidad y felicidad.
Amaestrando Tus Pensamientos—discerniendo es cómo re-
suelve barreras.
Sea deliberadamente
intuitivo, deje todas las ideas fluir libre. Esto es acerca de capa-
cidad y conocimiento no intelecto.
―Si no pla-
la productividad y a encontrarle sentido a lo que está haciendo;
¿Si o No? Es más fácil no hacer
nada. Observe sus observaciones. El resultado va ser obviamente
gratificante.

Lead Your Life With MasterMind IQ
Planning daily helps to take action, to be able to create a “Plan B” faster, to be more clear, more decisive, and more
accountable to your own self.
Prioritizing helps to reflect, take notes and to make sense
of the things you must do.
Setting worthy goals is your way to create a solid foun-
dation to accomplish what you want, in less time.
Planning helps you know where you going. “What
would happen if planning enable you to take better con-trol of your purpose and opportunities?” I didn‟t ask you
that to impress you but, to insist that if you want to shape your destiny you must believe that change can be possible. Usually there is more to life than what we
tend to think and, planning helps us realize a horizon with more opportunities. Of course, this doesn’t mean
that everything will always navigate totally per-fect, but I guarantee you that planning will get you each
day a little bit closer to shaping your goals into a reality.
Dirija Su Vida Con MasterMind IQ
“To succeed you must lead your life; plan, prioritize and set-goals. To achieve real lasting success you cannot be a conformist.”

How do I know what is my purpose? How do I know at
what stage I am in my life? Most of us get stuck and overwhelm
without ever finding our purpose. The most effective way is to
find your own sense of purpose and only you can do that. The
benefits is a more productive life. Your purpose might be
important to you one day and not the next and that‟s normal.
But, is your decision-making-your planning that helps you move
ahead and is how you create beneficial outcomes. To be suc-
cessful, you don't need to have wealth or even have special
skills. But yes, you do need discipline to plan.
There are three key stages of planning. At each stage one
feels a sense of purpose. This is intuitive and fundamental.
Whatever stage you in, the main question throughout is the
same, ―What are my priorities?‖
Your answers is what gives a sense of uniqueness and help you
fill your bag with opportunities for your future. Your different way
or thinking contributes to collective performance in many situa-
tions and problem solving and is how we make the world a better
place and stronger. I assure you that if you keep your focus on
the gifts you do have instead of searching for what you don't
have—you‟ll enhance your efficiency and decision-making. Life is
a work in progress with many challenges along the way, which
help us to grow personally and professionally. When you look
back on life and you feel successful it leads to feelings effective;
but, if you feel unsuccessful results in sorrow, bitterness, and
despair. The three stages are:
1. ―Exploring and discovering.” It‟s when one concen-
trate on finding ones opportunity field, an area of specialty
and/or of interest; this is the developing stage. Perhaps you lack experience, knowledge, skill, or the wisdom, then you must rely on your creativity and ingenuity. Here is where
one begins to attract a whole new world of opportunities that impact our career and life.
2. ―Evaluating, planning and take chances.” Here you assess what you have done, make plan, and predict with
more confidence. You feel you‟ve experience and you begin to take chances at opportunities. Perhaps, is time to say good-bye to the old and take the leap to something you been contemplating for awhile of doing. At this point you
write-down your goals and work hard to attain them. 3. ―Reinforce the progress you have achieved or take
a new path.” It‟s the most challenging time. You either feel
effective or ineffective.
You know that you want more out life. Ironically, the longer
you wait—the further away you get from what you want. You
might have to improvise, by adjusting your priorities and
your way of life to accept your new plans. There is an intrin-
sic value in comprehending and differentiating the three
stages and is vital to your success. This will help you develop
your strategic skills, to clarify your priorities, and to plan
deeper and more significant things to focus on. At each
stage there is potential for personal growth. Be proud of
your decision-making, be active and decisive without being
aggressive and, don‟t conform just to please others.
no necesita tener riqueza o incluso tener habilidades especiales.

At each stage you‟ll improve your sense of purpose, direction, decision making, and become more
imaginative with better focus.
Sadly at each stage we tend to choose the effortless, because
we believe planning is too complex. Planning what not to do
is as essential as planning what to do. The people who
plan, expect to succeed and usually fulfill their expectations.
Don’t just wish of doing something or only hoping to be
like someone else, “Oh, I wish I could do that or I wish I was
like him or her.” Stop wishing, this won’t take you no
where and begin to take action. The stages are real tools of
productivity that if use them—you will benefit in many ways, is
one of the means you need to help you make decisions. The
key here is to use the system to create clarity and to establish
an advantage. Daily take a few minutes to reflect and to learn
from your mistakes and the mistakes of others; as you think of
information that can help you advance your goals.
Take control now. Be more proac-
tive, this is how you lead your life
with purpose. Have a sense of direc-
tion. For good health keep your body
fully hydrated. Exercise to increase
flexibility, immunity, energy, and to
make better decisions. Eat healthy,
and maintain a good routine to avoid
stress; this is how you influence
your emotional and physical
strength. Stress doesn't come from
circumstances, it comes from think-
ing about the circumstances.
The most difficult thing in the world is to make someone do
something they‟re not sure about. But, I know that if you real-
ize that you can be good at planning using MasterMind IQ, only
then, your purpose can become a reality. Get started immedi-
ately prioritizing what‟s important to you. Keep asking, “What
are my priorities?” And, “What should be my next step?” Your
decision is what shapes your destiny. Before deciding keep in
mind these three vital tips.
Be ambitious but realistic on your planning.
Keep your planning integrated in only one place.
You must know what you want to get what you want.
Be willing and bold. Keep your planning integrated in only one
place, because scatterness only attracts confusion. Accounta-
bility will take a new meaning, personal challenges will be part
of your vocabulary, you‟ll confront the feeling of trapness-
thinking, “there is more in life than this” and you'll take
action more often, planning your priorities and usual things to
do. To take the lead, you must know what you want. Most
people call it good luck; but, It is not! When you know what you
want and you take action, it‟s only a matter of time before you
succeed. Be more proactive and focus. When you take ad-
vantage of your new ability, more opportunities become availa-
ble. What you do today is what will create your future.
totalmente hidratado. Haga ejercicio
para mejorar su flexibilidad, inmuni-
dad, energía, y para hacer mejores
decisiones. Coma sanamente, y man-
tenga una buena rutina para evitar el
estrés; así es como influye su fortale-
za emocional y física. Estrés no pro-
Sea
más proactivo y enfóquese. Cuando aprovecha su nueva habilidad,
más oportunidades estarán disponibles. Lo que hace hoy es lo
que creara su futuro.

Every evening reflect about 10 minutes… 1. Go over what you did during the day; your To-Do List.
Check-Off the list; what you got done and couldn‟t get done.
2. To save space use the following symbols:
o use F Project Finished.
N New Project;
C Continue Project tomorrow, next week;
D Deferred Project for later;
X Canceled Project, Stopped indefinitely.
1. Write a New To-Do List for the next day. Reflect,
―What’s important to you, now?‖ Things you need to-do
tomorrow and the week. Ask yourself, ―Is this something I
must do or is it usual?‖ This is essential for your success:
a. On the left column write High Priorities you must do.
b. On the right side write Usual Things there are To-Do.
Don‟t leave things for the last minute or the next day.
2. To keep in sync; Every morning-Go over your daily plan.
Take Time for you and you‟ll be more productive. Encour-
age a more positive emotional energy. Exercise daily as part
of your life and check-off with an E the days you exercise to
keep a log. Take short walks, read a book, exercise for 20
minutes to create a sense of harmony. Get the highest re-
turn on you investment of time for your effort.
Maintain a sleep log; lack of sleep affects ability, fatigue and
performance. You need sufficient sleep to perform basic everyday
functions to help you revive your energy, focus and to reinforce
your immune system. Form good sleep habits by keeping a regular
routine and sleep at least 6 hours daily. Write how many hours
you slept the night before, and if you took a nap for how long
and how you feel Satisfied or Dissatisfied. The idea is to think
and take appropriate steps to improve your health. Before going to
bed, avoid caffeine, sodas and other stimulants; eat lightly and
drink beverages that relax you, and make you sleepy.
Day-to-day determine your: +$/ Income; -$/ Expenses.
To Save Time and Space Abbreviate each Task… e.g.:
C/ Call; RC/ Return Calls; App/ Appointment, Meetings;
TW/ Talked With; PU/ Pick Up; Go/ Go To; PB$/ Pay Bills;
Write a brief note — of today — to remember the day.
Keep your eyes on the prize whatever that is for you. Most
of the time we get so busy with insignificant things, we put aside our objectives only to comeback too late or we forget them completely. Daily follow your plan of action for the goal/s you
are trying to advance.
If you see it difficult to keep going,
look ahead toward the main goal and
take the next little step and you‟ll find
the easier to move forward. This way
even the difficult steps will seem simpler.
Inspire yourself about what you‟re doing, if you need help to
achieve your objectives, ask for help. Remember, your main
barriers to success will always be your inability to move past
general distractions, doubts and thinking and feeling that you
are not ready or capable of pursuing or reaching. Share your
capability, the success you want is just a step beyond.
2. Para salvar espacio utilice los siguientes símbolos:
o use F Proyecto Finalizado.
N Nuevo Proyecto;
C Continuar Proyecto mañana, la próxima semana;
D Deferir Proyecto para luego;
X Cancelado Proyecto, Detener indefinidamente.
Reflexione so-
No
Ll/ Llamar; RL/ Regresar Llamadas; Ci/ Cita, Reunión;
HC/Hablar Con; Re/ Recoger; Ir/ Ir A; PF$/ Pagar Facturas;

26 YOUR Great Ideas Can Lead You To Your Purpose
Ideas are often not achieved because we‟re not clear on our ob-
jective. Creating a visual strategies of your ideas will help you
validate your purpose. Begin by asking yourself, “What is im-
portant to me right now?” then “Can I commit to this idea?” To
clearly explore your purpose use the Benjamin Franklin simple
decision method of Pros and Cons as way to detect and create
success. Your life purpose is usually related to the main goal that
you feel you should be working on.
Utilize the Pros and Cons to clarify your ideas
Use the pros and cons technique to create an advantage, to max-
imize productivity, minimize effort and to help you avoid procras-
tination. Form your idea or concept as a simple question
answerable yes or no like, “Should we move to Japan.” “Do we
need a Web site.” “Should I become a real-estate agent.” “Should
I make XYZ to sell.” Observe your question on a sheet of paper
over the two columns of Pros and Cons, this will help you make a
much better decision.
If your idea has merits, it‟s worth considering it. The idea is
just a starting point, not your purpose, but just a question. During
the questioning of the pros and cons, you'll come up with your
real idea. What seems a complicated idea now turns into possibili-
ties. Your purpose of life can only derive from questioning your
idea and it should contribute to make thing better.
It works like this, start by writing your idea down in one
of the green boxes on the right page; then, respond using the
pros and cons answering the questions from the yellow boxes
below. Use a sheet of paper if you have more pros and cons…
Under your idea put a line in the middle; make two columns,
write the pros on the right and the cons on left column think
of the probabilities of the pros and the cons. What are
your criteria? Look at the opportunities and advantages and
think of “What‟s important to you, now”.
For simplicity at the beginning work only with the questions below.
Come back later with a fresh mind for farther consideration, if
there is nothing else of importance to add on either side, is
time to come to a conclusion. Rate the responses in scale of
importance from 1 to 3. 3 being more important or more like-
ly to happen. Add it all up, if the pros is greater than the cons;
then, that must be what you ought to be doing.
Review and write a short note about the outcome.
Do you see a risk, are you willing to go ahead?
Can I commit my time to this idea?
Weight the pros and cons. Only you know if the objective is possible.
What are the benefits for me and others?
Keep going only “IF” the objective has potential.
Can I invest on this idea myself or do I need help?
Think of those that can help you and can benefit from it!
Can I seek more information and from where?
Internet, friends, family, books, etc.!
Commit to write down and to question your ideas, so you can
understand your ideas better. This process makes it easier to
make decisions and you tend to take action with better focus.
Perhaps, this idea can be your new purpose in life.
Internet, amigos, familia, libros, etc.

Set Goal Like A Harvard Graduate
TACTICS: IDENTIFY, PLAN, TIMEFRAME, TAKE ACTION & EVALUATE
Identify the goal. This is the discovery of what you want. Clear
goals makes it easier to focus on the direction of your plan; the
daily strategies and progress you‟re making on each step.
Plan your steps. This is the immediate actions you need to
take to achieve the goal. To achieve any goal you need a plan of
action. The steps is your guide to the goal.
What is the timeframe? Define the timeframe to take action;
includes the “starting-date and deadline;” the time designated
by you to accomplish the goal, necessary even for what seems
simple. Without a timeframe you tend to lose the commitment
to the goal and it can be easily derailed. Keep asking yourself,
Am I on time with this objective? Is this timeframe realistic?
Take action and your mind begins to focus. Although, taking
action is often easier said than done. Barriers to taking action
emerge because of unpredictable situations. Maintain your focus,
be persistent so you can keep going; this notion is the key to
continue regardless of any barriers.
Evaluate your steps. This allows you to take corrective action
to control the plan toward the goal. If you achieved your steps
today „FINE—CHEERS‟ and go on to next step. If you have not
archived your objectives you need to ask yourself why not.
When you evaluate you‟re not leaving your goals to destiny,
you‟re making a choice. Steps are things you do intentionally.
Ask yourself:
What step do I take from here? IDENTIFY and PLAN.
When is the right moment for my new plan? TODAY.
What mountain must I climb to reach this goal? ONLY YOU KNOW.
What‟s the implication if I do this or that? EVALUATE and GO ON.
Focus on one goal at the time. Make sure each step gets done. What are your next steps? Keep the steps visible always integrated to your to-do list. Every evening write a short note about the pro-
gress and if you didn‟t advance write why not. Evaluate your pro-gress as needed, daily and weekly to determine if your strategy is working. If you're not making progress, it‟s time to reconsider your direction, routine, timing, and even your mindset and make the
necessary changes. Steps are not written in stone, strategy can be change; you must know when to continue or dismiss. How to use your Goal-Creator Once you identify the goal, write it as a short or long term. Consider the steps and write a plan of action. Think and write a definite timeframe, (be realistic with the
dates). Never wait to plan your goals tomorrow, because that tomorrow never comes.
Take action immediately and concentrate on the purpose.
Every Sunday evening evaluate your goals' steps to get the
most out of your planning and to determine the result.
Evaluate your goal with consistency. Look at the situation care-
fully; keep visualizing each goal individually. Remember, investing
time in setting goals is investing in yourself and this has an eternal
rewards and eternal effect. Persist asking yourself the following:
Is this timeframe possible?
Have I clarified and categorized my goals adequately?
Am I dedicating sufficient time to my goals?
Am I establishing the right steps, or do I need to refocus?
Establezca Metas Como Un Graduado De Harvard
Siga preguntándose, ¿Estoy a
tiempo con este objetivo? ¿Es este plazo-de-tiempo realístico?
Toma acción y su mente empieza a enfocarse. Aunque, tomar
acción es más fácil decirlo que hacerlo. Barreras a tomar acción
surgen debido a situaciones imprevisibles.
Evalué sus metas con consistencia. Mire la situación con cuidado;
y efecto eternos. Persista preguntándose lo siguiente:
¿Es este plazo de tiempo posible?
¿He clarificado y categorizado mis metas adecuadamente?
¿Estoy dedicando suficiente tiempo a mis metas?
¿Estoy estableciendo pasos correctos, o necesito reenfocarme?

Harvard IQ BizPlan — Small Business Plan The Harvard IQ BizPlan takes the complexity of regular
business plan and brings real simplicity. The plan identifies
the course of the business, it‟s not for crunching numbers;
focuses on what‟s important and critical for success to the
business. The Harvard IQ BizPlan saves time from the com-
plicated 20 page plus business plan, it‟s for leading the busi-
ness not for managing difficult to understand data.
Suggestions on how to use the Harvard IQ BizPlan
1. Identify the objective. Exp., “Initiate a business in real es-
tate, achieve profits of $250K in three years;” or “Increase T-
Shirts sales and profits by 30%;” or “Initiate an export busi-
ness to Germany in the art;” or “Start a new corporate exer-
cise program, with a marketing campaign displaying eye-
catching posters at working centers, universities, restaurants;”
or “Introduce a new business about learning English fast;” etc.
2. Plan your steps, also clarify the vision and mission. Exp.,
“Collect the capital $___ needed by date through personal sav-
ings and a loan from mom and dad”; Or “Complete graphic
design and print T-shirts ready-to-wear by date to sell at the
fair.” Or “Develop a marketing campaign by contacting radio
stations and magazines to generate sales, lure clients thru can-
vassing neighborhoods with attention-grabbing promotions.”
a. The vision is directed to clients, identifies the business, “we
do this to satisfy the client.” It reminds you of the intention.
“Disney—Make people happy…” or “Walmart—Be the leader in
retail…” or “Launch a campaign for luring tourist to invest in
local real estate.” or “Create the top exercise sessions so indi-
viduals feel good.”
b. The mission is written for the business to follow; functions as
part of the vision, together helps you guide the business, it
should be short around 14 words and is define by the vision
and the plan. It is the guide and the end result of the service.
Think, What is the mission for this vision? Think of the
objective and vision and the mission will become more clear,
“Provide exceptional ethical service to my clients.” Or “Help
clients through our service improve their quality of life.”
3. The BizPlan timeframe should be visible and separate
from other priorities. It should include the business launch-
ing date, also include the window of opportunity to introduce
the service to gain a significant part of the market.
4. Take action and focus on the plan. Take barriers into ac-
count and how you intend to achieve the plan. What steps
should be next and how are you going to get the plan done?
Be persistent don‟t give-up. Exp., “If digging the rocky side of
a maintain with a shovel is too difficult then, rent a tractor.”
5. Evaluate the plan, strategy, projection and timing. Ex-
plore different strategies and the implications. Exp., “Now that
we dug the difficult side of the mountain it should be easier to
detect the gold. If we‟re unable to detect it, we‟ll bring the
electronic equipment. Though it creates major implications, the
transportation charges will be $7500 more and government
inspectors tend to be more strict. We even have satellite op-
tion, but it‟s even much more costly.”
Harvard IQ BizPlan — Plan De Pequeño Negocio El Harvard IQ BizPlan quita la complejidad y aporta simpli-
cidad real.
ético a mis clientes.”
