Transport activities play also akey role in the organization of the system.The design, planning and optimization ofglobal supply chains and their components(procurement, production, distribution andtransport) have become a key factor ofperformance competitiveness forcompanies of all sectors in theincreasingly competitive global economy.The program covers the logistics activitiesof companies in the productive sectors aswell as in the service activities.

COURSE AIMSThe MSc MOST aims to give a competitiveedge to students and young professionalsinterested in industrial engineering andengineering management with a highemphasis on quantitative methods fordecision making in the field of supplychain and transport management andoptimization.

LOCATIONThe campus is located in Nantes, France’ssixth-largest city and capital of the third-largest industrial region. Nantes lies just50 km from the Atlantic coast; Paris is2 hours away by high-speed train. Nantesis a dynamic city, which has beenfrequently recognized for its quality of life. The campus provides all the studentsfacilities: student’s residence, sportsfacilities, wireless network, library,associations, student union, etc.

ADMISSION REQUIREMENTSParticipants must hold a Bachelor ofScience degree with any major [Industrial,Mechanical Engineering, AppliedMathematics, …] or a management oreconomics degree with strong emphasison quantitative methods. Possible admission into the 2nd year of theMaster for the students who already havea Master degree.

The international MSc MOST is open tocandidates with a 4-year bachelor or Firstyear of master in Industrial Engineering. Participants holding a first industrialexperience are particularly welcome.
