Learning community

The University of Connecticut’s MPA Program is the center of a productive and positive learning community. While using different words and phrases, students, staff, faculty, administrators, and alumni agree that there is a shared sense of community and a positive environment for learning where faculty are viewed by students as welcoming and helpful.

More accreditation report

The University of Connecticut’s MPA is a rigorous program, where students gain professional competencies at the cutting edge of the field. While the focus is on analytical approaches, there is also a strong effort to help students master a broad range of professional competencies. The students report the work is difficult but they are confident they are developing competencies required to lead in the workplace.
