Fuel refuelling bowser solved the

problems associated with security and

accountability of diesel fuel delivery

on the unmanned refuelling site at an

important mining company client.

The 51090P records relevant information

such as user id, litres used, vehicle id etc.

and can only be accessed by authorised

personnel with a security key.

Dundrum Service Truck

Excavations commissioned Alemlube to

fit out their MAN 15 Tonne 4WD truck to

serve as a fully equipped, fully functional

service vehicle.

The task was as big as the truck and the

design was complex in order to

accommodate all required equipment,

always being mindful of the fact that the

vehicle must retain the attributes and

versatility of a 4WD off-road truck.

Lateral thinking repositioned the spare

tyres to under the vehicle, allowing more

usable space on the tray together with

some additional structural enhancements

manufactured by Alemlube for practicality

and safety.

The Alemlube team effectively installed

slimline double skinned oil tanks, Alemite

9969-B oil pumps, an Alemite 9950-D1

grease pump, oil filtration to 5 micron,

Alemiteoil(8081-D),grease(8081-A),

wasteoil(8080-F)hosereelsandan

OS615 oxyacetylene hose reel. A Samoa

363078 oil control valve, an Alemite

6320-3 grease control valve and a

NDP-40BAH diaphragm pump for waste

oil control were also included.

Additional inclusions of a grease tank,

water system with both high and low

pressures, a custom cabinet housing gas

cylinders, a custom hydraulic air

compressor tank, work lights and LED

cabin lights and extra electronics

completed the extensive project, fulfilled

the brief and delivered the goods.
