Identify different business types and preference

Today on my field trip to the different massage places. We had to investigate the pros and cons of being an employee or self-employed. Being an employee gives a good hand that is full of opportunities. The advantages of working for a employer is that we get benefits like vacation (at some places), clients already, ready to work on, and dont have to work on the legal obligations that a self employed therapist has to do.

The cons of being employed are that we dont get to choose our clients; we dont get to choose the massage techniques or forms that we can use in the massage practice place. With different business types to choose from you can choose from spa type business or a more medical practice that also affects your dis/advantages. There are different kinds of practices for massage therapy. Spa, medical (chiropractor, physical therapist, etc.), vacation/ resort spa gets away. At a spa work place you will be using more spa and soothing massage on the client. At a medical massage clinic you will be working more on fixing the client/patients problems. Vacation/resort spas offer more of a nice cooler am just there to relax type of massage.

Out of the massage business work places I would choose to work at would be a spa or medical work place. Mainly because I like to make people feel good but I also would like to help heal the clients.
