Conclusion

Balance is the key to a happy life whether it be to soothe the soul or to entice the mind into thinking about who we are. To maintain the body at its best all 3 need to be in balance, mind, body & soul. In conclusion I would like to thank my mentor, Mr. Lamar, for pushing me to reach my full potential.
