The Hotel is situated on the A259 on the seafront of St.Leonards and Hastings approx. 1 mile west of Hastings Pier.
From London follow the A21 off the M25 and then turn right onto the A2102 for the last mile to the seafront. Turn right along the seafront and the Hotel is 1/2 mile along on the right. A large white building with a blue canopy at the entrance.
Train services are direct from London Victoria, Charing Cross & Waterloo East.
Gatwick Airport is 40 miles and Heathrow Airport 100 miles.
Cross Channel Ferries operate from Dover, Newhaven, Portsmouth & Southampton. Passenger train services through the Channel Tunnel operate from Ashford & Waterloo with a car terminal just outside Folkestone.
