CASE STUDY

Mason Scott and Emily Smith became best friends during their education at the Washington College of law and after their graduation they moved to New York for work. Mason is a lawyer at Giordano Law office and Emily works at The Portela Law Firm, P.C. After three years of close friendship they finally decided to go on a first date. They went to a burger festival at a barn outside of Manhattan and this is actually where their Ceremony and Reception will take place, more romantic than that is hard to find. Since they both are very interested in plants, they spend a lot oftime in their garden and visit different botanical gardens. They want the barn to be filled with white, pink and green flowers, candles and wood boards details. Mason and Emily dreaming about a rustic, romantic and cozy wedding and I will do anything to make their wedding day to the Perfect day.

ATTIRE

The Groom will wear a dark blue business suit. The groomsmen will wear blue suit jacket with chinos.

The Bride will wear a white romantic A- line gown. The bridesmaids will wear long pink dresses.

ACCESSORIESBrown leather details and white flowers will adorn the Groom..

The Bride will wear diamond jewelry and a white flower crown on her head.

ANTICIPATION

Three suggestions on how the invitations can look like. Rustic, romantic and simple.

ARRIVAL

The newlyweds will arrive with an old white car decorated white, green and pink flowers.

The staff will greet the guests and serve a glass of cold pink lemonade.

The guests can take a polaroid photo and stick it into the guestbook.

ATMOSPHERE

The tables will be decorated with white, green and pink flowers. They will also be beautify with white candles and wood boards.To get a more cozy feeling in the barn there will be hanging several light strands on the ceiling and the DJ will be playing some soft and romantic music. Enjoy the wedding with either a good mojito in your hand or just admire the atmosphere. All the decoration, lighting and music will associate with a romantic, rustic and intimate feeling.

APPETITEThey will start to serve a small Appetizer during the cocktail hour. During this, they will prepare the Main course, which is a ”Build your own burger” bar. They will serve beer and red wine for the Main course.

The Wedding Cake will have two flavors, raspberry and vanilla. It will be covered with a buttercream and decorated with flowers.

AMUSEMENT

Entertainment is an important part for Mason & Emily. Why not grab a prop and strike a pose or dance like nobody’s watching to the old and new music.

The children will have their own kids table where they can draw and play.

APPRECIATION

A thank you card and a tiny bag with seeds. The seeds symbolize the love between the newlyweds, which grows day after day.
