Purposes To reduce HIV AIDS infection through economic empowerment of women and the youth - with fishing boats.To create awareness on the dangers of HIV AIDS through capacity building.To reduce dependency syndrome among the women and the youth through creation of employment and through engagement in fish business in Homa Bay county

Drop of the HIV/AIDS Infection Rates by 5% per year (from 32% to below national average of 25%.)To Mitigate the Phenomenon of ‘Jaboya System’ in Homa Bay County.Increase The Number of Women Self-Help Groups In Homa Bay County by 2017.Increase the number of Economically Independent Women by 2017.
