LENTEN SPIRIT Others find meaning in stillness. Try a

practice like centering prayer by lighting

a candle and pausing before the presence

of God.

Ash Wednesday is a good day to get a

jump on your spring cleaning. As you

remove things you no longer need and

reorder those you do, be mindful of the

ways God “cleans” us. The Bible tells us

“As far as east is from west—that’s how

far God has removed our sin from us”.

As we get things in order, we remember

that Jesus gave his life so that we might

be free from our sins and know new life.

SPIRITO DI QUARESIMA Altri trovano un significato nella calma.

Prova una pratica come centrare la

preghiera accendendo una candela e

fermandoti davanti alla presenza di Dio.

Il mercoledì delle ceneri è un'ottima

occasione per iniziare la pulizia di

primavera.

Mentre rimuovi le cose che non ti

servono più e riordini quelle che servono,

e sii consapevole dei modi in cui Dio ci

"monda". La Bibbia ci dice "Per quanto

l'est dista dall' ovest, così Dio rimuove

il nostro peccato da noi". Quando

mettiamo le cose in ordine, ricordiamo

che Gesù ha dato la sua vita per noi in

modo da liberarci dai nostri peccati e

conoscere una nuova vita.

ESPIRITU CUARESMAL Otros encuentran significado en la

quietud. Pruebe una práctica como

centrar la oración encendiendo una vela

y deteniéndose ante la presencia de

Dios.

El miércoles de ceniza es un buen día

para dar un salto en la limpieza de

primavera. Cuando elimine cosas que

ya no necesita y reordene las que si

necesita, tenga en cuenta las formas en

que Dios nos "limpia". La Biblia nos

dice "Tan lejos como el este es del oeste

– eso es que tanto Dios nos quitó nues-

tros pecados". Cuando ordenamos las

cosas, recordamos que Jesús dio su vida

para que podamos ser libres de nuestros

pecados y conocer una nueva vida.
