Served as a Contract Trainer for Substance Abuse Training Program for Lafayette Parish Schools Safe and Drug Free Program from fall 2009 through spring 2011. Taught students how to deal with any situation by using good communication and coping skills.

Provided administrative support to Dean and Assistant Dean, including evaluating transfer credits and assigning equivalencies, assisting students in making correct choices of classes to complete studies and graduate in a timely manner. Served on College Diversity Task Force and facilitated Diversity training with one of the Associate Professors in Management 320 classes in 2005-2006 for the B.I. Moody III College of Business.

Provided daily operational control of educational accountability as it relates to a Child Care Facility licensed to care for children ages 6 months to 12 years. Planned and implemented developmentally appropriate learning programs. Trained all staff on the use of materials used for the program. Maintained payroll and all financial matters as they pertained to the business.

Wrote a small grant to do a Violence and Conflict Resolution Workshop for Church in 2002. Presented motivational sessions on various topics to youth as part of Educational Program at my church (St. James Baptist Church

Managed the day to day operation of busy General Surgeon’s office, including filing all charges for services rendered. Coded all surgeries and office billings using correct ICD-9 and CPT codes. Arranged all of the doctor’s travel to Conferences.

Maintenance Administrator for BellSouth and AT&T specialized in routing work schedules for technicians who installed and repaired Data, Teletype and Large PBX equipment.
