POLYFORM MARKER- FISHFARM- HEAVY DUTY BUOYS

Developed for Surface-Aqua culture and Anchoring: moulded from a 8 mm polyethylene shellfilled with expanded polystyrene guaranteeing a compressive strength of 5 mH2O and a density250kg/m3. The buoy is available with a chain instead of a steel rod, which is giving a breaking load of 3tons, as opposed to 27 tons for the 16mm chain version. The chain is everywhere for sale, if necessaryto replace. working-load: 50% of gross buoyancy. POLYFORM MODULAR FENDERING SYSTEMEASY TO FIT

the Polyform Modular Fendering systemconsists of fender modules, mountinghardware and fixing profiles.

PMF is intended as fendering between aboat and the dock, and can also be used inother fendering applications. The modulesare developed for use in a system in whichone or more modules are mounted to amounting profile.

The key feature to the fendering modules isthe capacity to absorb a repeated energywithout permanent deformation.

Fender modules, with integrated fixingpoints, are designed to be fastened to a profileon a ship or a quay by means ofmounting parts. Fixing profiles can bemanufactured in steel, aluminum or plasticresin, and are bolted, welded, bonded, orintegrated to a ship or a pier.

The system profile may be in continuouslengths, in sections, or intermittently.The cross section of the fixing profileserves as guidance during the assembly ofthe elements to the boat.Design, size, and absorbing capacity of the modules areadapted to the fendering required.Modules with different characteristics maybe used in the same system, such ascustomized zones with higher load.

Along with the mounting hardware,modules are designed for easy mountingand dismounting to the fixing profile.The back side of the modules is designed toguide the fenders while mounting, and sealoff the top and bottom edge to prevent

Article 4. Delivery time1. In offer mentioned delivery times are global and never binding and never gives the buyer the right of compensation or

dissolution, with a delayed delivery, the buyer has to mention this in writing so Maru W&I can deliver in reasonable time.2. Delivery time in offer will start when all necessary information and order confirmation, (if any )agreed payment in advance

For buoyancy you may only use 50-60% of gross buoyancy for max.load, ships bell casting of chromium is for buyer risk,

non slip material can not be use for longer time on varnish surfaces..7. Maru is not obliged to add users guide into the shipment, all user guides can be downloaded on www.buoys-fenders.com ,

can be in English or Dutch.8. When buyer is not sure about using the products correct, he is obliged to contact Maru W&I.

Article 9. Guarantee1. The products delivered by Maru W&I has a guarantee of 2 months for material and fabric failures. Buyer has a right for

repair and only receives a new product, when repairing is not possible. Product failure never gives the buyer the right ofcompensation or for dissolution of an agreement

2. Guarantee is not valuable because of wrong use, all user guides can be downloaded on www.buoys-fenders.com , can bein English or Dutch. When buyer is not sure about using the products correct, he is obliged to contact Maru W&I.

3. The failure products has to be at the disposal of Maru W&I for inspection.

Article 10. Property1. The products will stay property of Maru W&I until all obligations of the agreement has been fulfilled.

Article 11. Complains1. Visible product failures has to be mentioned within 8 days after discovery in writing to Maru W&I. and not visible products

failures within 3 month after discovery in writing to Maru W&I.

Article 12. Returning goods1. Products may only be return with approval of Maru W&I, we charge handling costs of 10% with a minimum of 15 euro,

products has to be in original and undamaged packing.2. Maru W&I will not take back special ordered products, who are normally not in stock or are a old model

Article 13. Payment-Prices1. The pricelist has been made up with care, however Maru W&I is not responsible for typing or printing mistakes. Price

updates are only to be found on www.buoys-fenders.com, as a company you can login after registration and you are ablesee your purchase price.

2. Payment strictly within 20 days, or otherwise in writing agreed, after 20 days Maru W&I is entitled to charge interest of 1%per month or part of it
