Worldwide Corporation, Marriott Resorts, Travel Company, Inc., and Marriott

Resorts Hospitality Corporation (collectively, “Marriott”) and Defendant-Appellee

William B. Sterman jointly move this Court for voluntary dismissal of Marriott’s

appeal, pursuant to Rule 42(b) of the Federal Rules of Appellate Procedure and

I.O.P. 1 to Eleventh Circuit Rule 42.

Each party will bear their respective costs and attorneys’ fees incurred in

connection with this appeal.

WHEREFORE, the Parties jointly move the Court to dismiss this appeal
