MESSAGE FROM THE PRINCIPAL – Sr Margaret Ghosn The Maronite Sisters of the Holy Family are celebrating their 50 Year Jubilee since their arrival in Sydney – On Saturday 13th October there will be a Mass at 6pm followed by a cocktail to recognise and give thanks for our ministries in Sydney over the last 50 years. All are welcome to join us. Entrance Gate security – To ensure the safety of our students we have put in a lock on one of the front gates. Only teachers have access to this code. The second gate will have a buzzer put in this weekend. The gates will be open up to 9am after which they will be shut and access only given when you press the buzzer. Gates will then re-open at 3pm. No parent should be coming into the playgrounds before these times. MCHF Buy a Bale Appeal to assist struggling farmers in the drought raised around $5000 Congratulations and thank you to all who contributed.

PARENT CORNER The College is organising a cultural immersion in Lebanon for up to 5 students - Our Sister College in Sahel Alma (Jounieh) Lebanon, will provide accommodation, meals and tourism for 5 students and 1 teacher, for a week, while they experience school life. If any Yr 10 or 11 students and their parents are willing to participate in this programme, please see me. You will have to pay for airfare and insurance only.
