Formatting material for internal & external distribution

Managing website content

Coordinating marketing calendar & agent contacts

Processing agency appointments

Other duties as assigned

Requirements: Associate degree or equivalent

experience in marketing or office management

Advanced user of MS Word, Excel & PowerPoint

Insurance experience either at an insurance company or agency preferred but not required

You will excel at this job if you are creative, good at seeing projects through (a strong finisher), and have strong writing/editing skills. If you are coachable and have a direct, friendly communication style you will
