British Columbia Magazine

Founded in 1959, British Columbia Magazine has a readership of 734,000 with 59% between 35-64 years of age. 100% owned, produced and printed in BC subscribers often keep issues for extended periods of time. It is the scenic geographic travel magazine of British Columbia.

NATIONAL & LOCAL PRINT ADVERTISING Print advertising is an important component of our marketing plan, which is designed to provide our client’s property with the highest profile exposure in the industry.

In addition to advertising specific properties, our print media also promotes our website, allowing buyers to search for hundreds of listings based on their specific needs.

We continually look at other appropriate publications to target specific markets for individual properties. Other publications that we may use include Cottage Magazine, The Real Estate Guide, The Vancouver Sun, Beautiful BC and Equine Trader.

Our experience allows us to select the appropriate publications to be used. We will design an adverising campaign based on the specifics of each property.

INDUSTRY-LEADING MARKETING BROCHUREWe firmly believe that it is important to provide detailed full colour information to potential buyers and REALTORS®. Our information package includes maps, plans, photographs, aerial photographs when appropriate and descriptive text. It is designed to make the most important information about the property readily available to prospective buyers.

After the listing is endorsed the information package is prepared as quickly as possible with input and approval from the owner. Immediately upon approval it is put on the internet in its entirety and copies are mailed or e-mailed to a list of qualified buyers.

LandQuest® is fully prepared to offer our commitment and is ready to commence our efforts upon your notification. The level of commitment required in undertaking a marketing campaign for a property such as this is considerable. We therefore require a one year listing agreement. Our fees vary based on the type of property and its location. All normal costs of marketing will be borne by LandQuest® with our remuneration earned and payable upon the successful sale of the property. The property will be listed by LandQuest® Realty Corporation.
