Founded by Glen Hinshaw, world champion velodrome cyclist, spent years developing the worlds first Dynamic 3D Foot Scanner. The scanner is a result of using technology to scientifically measure and verify not only a better insole for the shoe, but also to improve the health of people. When combining iM Custom’s Dynamic 3D Gel Foot Scanner with its WiFi and cloud based proprietary patented code designed with MIT of U.S.A. and NYP of Singapore, the company can recognize, triangulate and present a person’s Dynamic 3D foot pattern to an accuracy of plus or minus 1mm. The scanner can also convert any or all images into a mesh 3D STL file format, used for CAD CAM design, insole manufacturing and or foot care management.
iM Custom has two categories of insoles; our full custom line and our customizable pre-made insoles. Both utilize highly specialized materials that are designed and molded to meet the specific needs and requirements for each individual. Pre-made customizable
insoles can be assembled in less than 5 minutes and purchased in-store with the assistance of a retail clerk. An order of custom insoles can be purchased in-store, while the scan is then sent to iM Custom’s manufacturing plant where it is produced and delivered to the customer in approximately 1 week.

HOW IT WORKS
MAKE A FOOT SCANThe operator scans the feet using the iM FootScanner and the included IMFS Anroid application.
PROCESS 3D FILEAll scan data is then uploaded and processed in our cloud servers. 3D images are then returned to the user.
BUILD CUSTOM INSOLESThe operator can then edit the 3D footscan in our integrated CAD/CAM insole building software. Powered by Voxelcare.
SEND TO MANUFACTURINGCompleted files are then exported to our insole lab for manufacturing.
SHIP TO CUSTOMERIn 10 days or less, the customer receives their new Full Custom insoles!

We have been hard at work developing a next generation insole line to complement our state of the art foot
scanning system. We thought, what’s the point of having a great foot scan without having great insoles to put in your shoes? After years of material and product research, we have decided to launch our Custom line with the following four product types:
• Active - Designed for General Sports
• Sport - Target to performance athletes.
• Wellness - Comfort and pain relief.
• Casual - Wear it to work everyday.
For each product line, we have dialed in EVA specification and layering to optimize performance and comfort, no matter what the situation is. All of our insoles feature a top coat of Alcantara suede fabric for ultimate comfort.
ACTIVE CUSTOMPERFORMANCE INSOLESActive Custom insoles take the energy generated from your hips and legs and disperses it forward producing maximum efficiency & performance. We take great pride in the hard work that goes into the design and manufacturing our products and guarantee their quality.

If you’re aiming for the top, Sport Custom insoles are for you.

WELLNESS CUSTOMPERFORMANCE INSOLESThis is our insole that is targeted to ultimate comfort. If you need to make corrective adjustments, these are your pair. We also aim to make this our medical grade insole.

• Dual EVA Insole - We chose two ultra soft EVA types to give your feet the ultimate comfort. The top layer is 30 sh. A with the bottom layer being an even softer 20 sh. A shore value.

OFF THE SHELF NEVER FELT SO GOOD
In order to complement our four custom insole models, we have developed four premade insole
lines. We have two types of insoles for premade. The first three (Active, Sport & Casual) are lockfit insoles. The kit comes with 4 sets of plastic MAPs (Medial Arch Pieces) coming in varying heights. The customer can then choose which arch heights best fits, and then attach them to their new insoles for customized comfort. Our fourth model (Wellness) is a heat-moldable insole. All you need to do is heat the insole with a hair dryer and then mold it to fit!

This is our latest product to come out of the design lab. Heat Wellness insoles are heat-moldable insoles which allow you to take any household hair dryer to heat up the soles and then you can mold them to whichever shape fits best. If the insoles don’t fit right, just heat them back up and try again.
HEAT WELLNESSMOLDABLE PERFORMANCE INSOLES
HEAT ITYour insoles are made to take the heat. Use a hair dryer to warm up the insole until it is soft and pliable. Your now ready to custom mold your insoles.
MOLD ITForm the insoles to the bottom of your feet using the palm of your hand. Let them cool, thentry them out!
TRY ITGo for a run or take a walk around the block. Give your insoles a test to see how they feel. If it doesn’t feel right, reheat and repeat.
