Hotbox Food was born in July 2016 (Modena, Italy) from knowledge and
passion of Marco, Domenico, Claudio and Anthony. Hotbox is a
groundbreaking IoT device for the world of warm food delivery. Thanks
to its technology it guarantees hot and crunchy dishes delivered as if
you were still at the restaurant, but on your dining table at home.
We are an enthusiastic and dynamic team with the ambitious goal of
becoming the main device & service in the food delivery industry to
guarantee always high quality for the food take-away. We have
realized that to achieve our goals and bring Hotbox where it deserves
around the world we will need an amazing Marketing & Business
Strategist.
Thanks to its strong technological innovation Hotbox has been
awarded with several prizes and funding, including:

By being part of the team you will:
- Conduct market research to find answers about customer
requirements, habits and trends at global and regional scale.
- Develop ideas and take ownership for creative marketing
campaigns supported by our content creator
- Liaise with external partners to execute promotional events and
campaigns
- Analyze marketing data and set KPIs (campaign results,
conversion rates) to help shape future marketing strategies
- Shape the marketing soul of the startup as a whole and
proactively become owner of it

What do we need you to bring in?
- Degree in marketing, communications or equivalent
- Thorough understanding of the main marketing elements
(including traditional and digital marketing such as SEO/Social
media etc.)
- Knowledge of marketing data analytics and tools
- Computer skills, including MS Office marketing software (Adobe
Creative Suite & CRM) and applications (Web Analytics, Google
Adwords)
- Exceptional communication and writing skills
- Commercial awareness partnered with a creative mind
- A super power we don’t expect (it can go from “bringing Kinder at
work” to “X-ray vision”)
