White Label Partner Brand, market, sell, and support your own branded marketing automation solution

How it works…

• Net-Results software is rebranded with the white label partner’s (WLP) logo, branding and URLs

• WLP owns the client relationship and takes responsibility for all aspects of the client relationship including

sales, onboarding/training, and tier 1 customer support

• WLP pays Net-Results on a per instance, wholesale level and may sell their rebranded solution at the

price they wish to control the margins they generate

• One-time initial training and set-up fee, plus an ongoing monthly maintenance fee

• Net-Results offers tier 2 and 3 support to the partner for indirect higher level support questions

• Complimentary instance of Net-Results for partner’s own lead capture and nurturing efforts

• WLPs can rebrand and utilize sales and training tools in the Partner Development Center

This is the ideal solution for full-service organizations that want to keep their brand identity intact and “own”

a software solution. WLPs have strong subject matter knowledge (demand generation, inbound marketing,

marketing automation, etc.) and can commit dedicated resources to marketing, selling, and servicing their

and “feed” mission critical info (reports and sales-ready leads) to their clients

• Agency partners set their own pricing to control the margins they generate

• Requires a one year minimum commitment

• Training and technical support for clients is provided by the agency partner

• Net-Results offers training and support to the partner and limited sales support upon request

• Access to the Partner Development Center includes training and sales enablement tools

• Eligible to receive end-user leads

• Solutions Partners resell the Net-Results software and earn commissions based on gross revenue for

every new deal they close – commissions are recurring for the life of the deal, not just one year

• Clients have full access to their instance of our platform

• Solutions Partners use Net-Results’ end-user retail pricing, but often add complimentary, value-added

services

• Net-Results provides all training and support for Solution Partner clients

• Solutions Partners are eligible to receive end-user leads

• Complimentary instance of Net-Results for partner’s own lead capture and nurturing efforts

How it works…

• Refer prospects to Net-Results and get paid on closed deals resulting from those introductions

• Referral Partners often promote Net-Results via their own website, their sales and marketing materials and

word of mouth

• Once the introduction is made, Net-Results nurtures and progresses the lead and pays the Referral once

we receive payment from the new deal

• Commissions are delivered once payment is received from the new client

• No fees necessary, just a signed contract
