1) General:
Lead in managing the company’s overall marketing strategy and activities, PR and promotional activity for the firm within the marketing department, in line with the company’s key objectives
Responsible for the firm’s client development support function and lead generation
Monitor and report on effectiveness of marketing communications
Key contact for all marketing queries internally and externally to
ensure that all relevant company functions are kept informed of marketing objectives
Support the overall delivery of firm-wide initiative and projects as well as marketing projects
Overall responsibility for brand management and corporate
identity, and to ensure consistency.
2) Directories Manage all the healthcare website listings and legal directories’
on all platforms -

3) Websites
Lead in overseeing and managing the development and maintenance of the following websites, updating content where
necessary o Lockharts Solicitors, o NASSAD and,
o Careline4Vets Lead in liaising with the website management firms for any
queries, meetings etc. – Conscious Solutions and Swof Media Manage the website statistics and traffic with Google Analytics,
and submit and share monthly progress reports with staff to
inform strategic decision making for the firm Manage and improve the firm’s SEO and Google My Business

4) Social Media Lead in managing all for Lockharts’ social media platforms and
update content where necessary: o LinkedIn,
o Twitter, o Google+ and o YouTube
o (Skype) Research into new, emerging social media platforms
Provide social media/webinar training and support to internal staff members
Manage the social media statistics
5) Business Development
To research and identify potential, new opportunities and initiatives to develop the business, products/services and grow relationships
Following up new business opportunities and setting up meetings between the firms’ Partners and client decision
makers Plan and coordinate business development, marketing and
promotional strategies, campaigns and processes.
Manage the EIS and CSD email inbox, and ensure all enquiries are accurately entered and directed to the relevant departmental
lead for CRM purposes Research into various other CRM platforms Lead in undertaking mystery shopping for research purposes
into our key competitors Identify opportunities for campaigns, services, and distribution
channels that will lead to an increase in new/existing clients Responsible for the compilation of contact databases designed
for firm use, and to keep it up to date and fit for purpose Keep up-to-date, source and develop healthcare-sector
knowledge including market trends and emerging issues, and
share with team where necessary Monitoring competitor activity and developing marketing
strategies
6) Events
Plan, manage and organise suitable events/webinars with staff members – exhibit/speaking/sponsor opportunities, and ensure
all staff represent the company in the best light at all times Attend conferences and industry events to network with
prospects and clients, and source out new business from current
clients and key opportunities for the firms

7) NASSAD The Executive Officer for the National Association of Specialist
Solicitors Advising Doctors (NASSAD): o manage the daily running of the organisation
o coordinate the meetings o planning and preparing for events o manage the application and admission processes
o manage the website and social media platforms
8) Careline4Vets (C4V) Key marketing lead for the team Manage and update the website
Assist in developing and implementing the overall social media strategy
Represent Lockharts in C4V at Vet-related events, conferences and seminars – London Vet Show, VPMA/SPVS Congress and BSAVA
9) Recruitment
Support overall firm’s HR and recruitment process Undertake 1-2-1 Marketing meeting with the new staff members
10) Marketing Collateral Responsible in producing and managing firm’s wide range of
internal and external online and print marketing collateral, and promoting these as and when on relevant platforms – flyers, guides, handouts, posters
Lead in creating the promotional materials (pens, bags etc.) in line with the marketing plan
Lead in organising, developing and implementing various marketing campaigns – drafting newsletters & e-bulletins
(Constant Contact), case studies, articles, social media, and promoting on relevant platforms
Lead in the creation of all artistic/publicity images in line with
company brand guidelines Coordinate the production and delivery of informative content
(articles, blogs etc.) throughout the firm on a wide range of legal and healthcare topics
Identify, create and coordinate all the firm’s press and media
coverage activity on the company’s work and history/profile, and look for further opportunities to maximise media coverage
Researching other healthcare marketing material and identifying new initiatives
Coordinate focused marketing departmental meetings along with
Senior Management Team (SMT) and Rapid 5 Creating and manage internal and external surveys from
corporate or for event planning – Survey Monkey Assist in preparing presentations, proposals and contracts
