2 Multiplayer (Local Wireless)

Up to four players can battle it outusing Local Play if they each have aNintendo 3DS system and a copy ofthe game.

● One Nintendo 3DS system perplayer

● One copy of Mario Party: StarRush and an additional copy ofthe game or Mario Party: StarRush - Party Guest for eachadditional player.

One player with a copy of MarioParty: Star Rush (the host) willcreate a lobby. Once all playershave joined this lobby, the battlewill begin.◆ Players using Mario Party: Star

Rush - Party Guest cannot createtheir own lobbies.

Mario Party: Star Rush - PartyGuest is available to download forfree from Nintendo eShop. Usingthis version of the software, youcan take part in multiplayer fun evenif you don't have a copy of MarioParty: Star Rush. (p. 2)

In Mario Party: Star Rush - PartyGuest, data such as Party Level, aswell as unlocked characters andminigames, will be saved. This datacan be transferred to Mario Party:Star Rush if that software islaunched on the same system.

The player who has a copy of thesoftware must create a lobby. Onceall other players have joined thislobby, the game will begin.

Mario Party: Star Rush is a new typeof board game that allows forsimultaneous play and freemovement. It features minigamesthat up to four players can playtogether.

All modes are available in singleplayer.

Party Level and other data will besaved automatically at the followingpoints:

Press and hold + + + simultaneously while launching thesoftware to delete all data.◆ Use caution when deleting data.

Data cannot be restored once ithas been deleted.

This software can upload gameplayinformation over an internetconnection.

If the SpotPass feature is activated,it will periodically connect to theinternet (if available) while thesystem is in Sleep Mode. This willhappen even while the software isnot running. If sending gameplayinformation is enabled for thissoftware, this data will be sent in ananonymous format to Nintendo viaSpotPass. This function can beenabled or disabled from thesoftware's Options menu, which canbe opened by touchin on thetitle screen.◆ Gameplay information will be used
