Edison Chouest Offshore (ECO) cur-

rently owns and operates within its Gulfof Mexico fleet six crew boats which

are equipped with DP2 technology fromZF. This technology ensures accurate

positioning in oil fields. ECO is one ofthe most technologically advanced and

fastest-growing offshore vessel compa-nies in the world.

Crew boats are high-speed vessels, built

to transport personnel and supplies toand from drilling platforms and ECO's

growing fleet of new generation vesselssupport the vast majority of deepwateroil rigs in the U.S. Gulf region. Theseboats are powered by four Caterpillar

engines producing 6,700 hp total, eachdriving through a ZF 4650 transmis-

sion equipped for dynamic positioning.

beaches with clear water, friendly localpeople, a relaxed life-style and an imprintof Portugese heritage in its architectureand culture all combine make Goa such

an attractive tourist attraction.

During the last few years, Goa's touristindustry has turned its attention to casinoships, to entice visitors to spend theirmoney offshore. The first vessel was built

locally by Waterways Shipyard Private

Limited in year 2000 and since then, foursecond-hand vessels have been importedfrom overseas.

The latest addition is a 70 meter vessel

called "Casino Royale", again built byWaterways Shipyard, and this has the

distinction of being the largest casinoship in India. Ordered in 2007 by ownerand operator, High Street Cruises andEntertainment Pvt. Ltd., the vessel was

almost any weather conditions.
