Mr. Dalle Vacche joined AIG in 1996 and was appointed as Liabilities and Financial Lines underwriter. Alessandro is a loss adjuster at Cunnigham Lindsey Lercari dealing with insurance inter-national programs particularly in Property, Casualty RCT national and international los-ses. CARLO RATTIAn architect and engineer by training, Carlo Ratti practices in Italy and teaches at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, where he directs the Senseable City Lab. He gra-duated from the Politecnico di Torino and the École Nationale des Ponts et Chaussées in Paris, and later earned his MPhil and PhD at the University of Cambridge, UK. Carlo holds several patents and has co-authored over 250 publications. As well as being a regular contributor to the architecture magazine Domus and the Italian newspaper Il Sole 24 Ore, he has written for the BBC, La Stampa, Scientific American and The New York Times. His work has been exhibited worldwide at venues such as the Venice Bien-nale, the Design Museum Barcelona, the Science Museum in London, GAFTA in San Fran-cisco, MoMA in New York and MAXXI in Rome. Carlo has been featured in Esquire Magazine’s ‘2008 Best & Brightest’ list and in Thames & Hudson’s selection of ‘60 innovators’ shaping our creative future. In 2010 Blueprint Magazine included him as one of the ‘25 People Who Will Change the World of Design’, Forbes listed him as one of the ‘Names You Need To Know’ in 2011 and Fast Company named him as one of the ’50 Most Influential Designers in America’. He was also featured in Wired Magazine’s ‘Smart List 2012: 50 people who will change the world’. At the 2008 World Expo, his Digital Water Pavilion was hailed by TIME Magazine as one of the ‘Best Inventions of the Year’. In 2011, Carlo was awarded the Renzo Piano Foundation prize for ‘New Talents in Architecture’. Carlo has been a presenter at TED (in 2011), program director at the Strelka Institute for Media, Architecture and Design in Moscow, curator of the ‘2012 BMW Guggenheim Pavilion’ in Berlin, and was named ‘Inaugural Innovator in Residence’ by the Queensland Government. The Italian Minister of Culture also named Carlo as a member of the Italian Design Council - an advisory board to the Italian Government that includes 25 leaders of design in Italy. He is currently serving as a member of the World Economic Forum ‘Glo-bal Agenda Council for Urban Management’ and is curator of the ‘Future Food District’ pavilion for the 2015 World Expo in Milan. CHRISTOPHER GANZ Group Vice President Service R&D, ABB Technology Ltd.

Christopher Ganz is responsible in ABB to increase service awareness in research and development. After studying electrical engineering at ETH in Zurich and a PhD degree in control, he held various R&D positions in ABB’s power plant control unit. Later he was re-sponsible for the corporate research program in “Control & Optimization”. In his current role located at ABB’s headquarters in Zurich, Christopher Ganz is leading cross-division projects in the area of service technologies, which includes remote services, and IoT initiatives.

JANE TUTOKIGlobal Chief Executive Officer, Cunningham Lindsey

Jane joins Cunningham Lindsey from AIG Property and Casualty, where she served as Global Head of Claims Operations since 2012. Previously, Ms. Tutoki worked as both Head of Americas Region and Executive Director of Global Insurance for Xchanging plc. She held a number of senior positions at Zurich Financial Services from 2002 to 2010, in-cluding Global Chief Claims Officer and Chief Claims Officer, North America Commercial Division. Jane began her time at Zurich in senior claims executive roles at its Farmers personal lines business, including as head of its auto claims division.Jane holds a Juris Doctor degree and is a Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter. She began her career as an attorney working for numerous insurance companies, later ser-ving as in-house counsel at Hartford Financial Services.

ALEXANDER R. BAUGH Senior Vice President, Commercial Insurance President of Global Casualty, AIG

In May 2013, Alexander R. Baugh was appointed President of Global Casualty bringing his 31 years of experience in numerous underwriting, distribution and strategic roles to AIG Property and Casualty. Before moving into his current position, Mr. Baugh was appointed Chief Risk Officer and Head of Strategic Planning of Chartis in January 2012. In this role, he was in charge of continuing to improve Chartis’ risk profile and aligning its strategic planning activity with that of AIG. Prior to this role, Mr. Baugh was President and Chief Executive Officer of Chartis Europe Holdings Limited. Mr. Baugh spent 20 years in Europe, holding senior positions in London and Paris. Mr. Baugh previously served as the Regional President UK/Ireland Division, Chartis Inter-national and the Chief Executive Officer, Chartis Insurance UK Limited. Before that role, Mr. Baugh held many positions throughout Europe: Managing Director AIG UK Limited, Regional President UK/Ireland Division; Regional President AIG Europe SA, Paris; General Manager AIG Europe (France); Senior Vice President, Financial Lines Division, Europe; Senior Vice President - AIG Europe (UK) Limited; Senior Vice President. Bond Division National Union Fire Insurance Company; Financial Lines Regional Manager, AIG Europe; Manager of Profit Center Planning and Development AIU NY; initially joining the com-pany in 1983 as an International Excess Casualty Underwriter for AIU. Mr. Baugh earned a BA in Economics from the University of Virginia. He is currently a member of the Chartered Property Casualty Underwriters.
