New This Month

Horses All of the horses are doing well. We will need to do some tweaking of our feed routine soon

to make sure that everyone is getting what they need.

Celeste~

Will be coming up for observation, and to have her feed upped. She's hollowing out some, but I think the

foal has started its last ditch leaching and pulling her down some. She has a large milk vein and filled

udder.

Wendy~

Big as a house but no udder yet.

BB~

Looking better, but will see if we can get her to the vet soon to have her teeth checked.

Rose~

Looking much better than she has all winter, but still not where she needs to be.

Blossom~

Steadily gaining weight.

Business

We were finally granted our 501©3 status! We are working with a local veterinarian to schedule a gelding/vaccination clinic.

Researching and applying for grants and programs that benefit SAERR. Starting up a blog. (In addition to the website and Facebook.)

Created a QR code that we can apply to materials for direct link ability. Promoting Fundraising.

Created new logo.

costal/Bermuda mix that is $55 per bale.

Feed is averaging $300 per month.

Equilix Supplement @ $194 per month

New business cards, address labels, &

Needs to be Fundraised For Feed & Hay

Wormers

Vaccinations

Teeth Floating (4 @ $100 inc. sedation)

Fecal exams (5 @ $20)

Farrier (5 @ $40 not inc. sedation)

Vetting funds for any mishap or need. (We

will soon need IgG tests and Tetanus shots

for expecting mares and foals.)

Donations/Fundraising

We are in continuous need of funds, which is why fundraising is so important. We realize that things are tight with most people, so we only ask that you give what you can. Donations are way down, but we need for them to continue and grow so that we may provide the best of care for the horses in our care. We are in need of ideas for fundraisers. If you have any, please don’t hesitate to send us your idea!
