Offices, test cells, cafeterias, the Medical Services area, the Fitness Center, the Picnic Grounds, clean rooms, auditoriums, shops, warehouses, laboratories, control rooms, etc.
Located on a 351-acre main campus

Additional Cleaning-Related Requirements
Commercial vacuuming equipment with a minimum of HEPA filter efficiency to improve indoor air quality. Shop vacs permitted in shop areas.
Use of recycled content supplies and products having recyclable properties shall be used wherever possible.
Proper disposal of bio-medical waste, bloodborne pathogens and other potentially infectious materials. Includes Day Care Facility emergencies.

SOW Task 4.2 - Unscheduled Janitorial Services (Emergency/Urgent Trouble Calls)
24-hour availability 7 days a week
2 hour response time
Historical data indicates avg. of ~ 200+ hrs./yr.
Typical cleanup: standing water from leaks & overflown toilets, personnel injuries, repair of carpet seams, cleanup of spills, etc.
Work Requirements SOW Task 4.3 - Unscheduled Janitorial Services (IDIQ)
Examples: Additional trash removal, carpet & drape replacement or cleaning, industrial cleaning (vacuum chambers, test rigs, etc.), floor care, special event cleaning & furniture movement in support of floor jobs.
Requests assigned through COTR.
Cost estimates within 6 work days unless urgent, then 24-hour response required.
Quality standards defined for many IDIQ tasks.
Historical data indicates avg. of 200+ requests/yr.

SOW Task 4.4 - Clean Room Requirements
At present, there are 14 active clean rooms for which 13 are currently being serviced. Frequency set by customer (daily, weekly, every other week, monthly, etc.).
Cleaning in accordance with Federal Standards for specific Clean Room rating.

Changes to RFOAmendment No. 2
The frequency for three tasks as they appear in any buildings in Attachment B entitled “Building Specifications” are changed from “Once Over a Two Year Period” to “Yearly”. The three tasks are:
“Shampoo all carpets, carpeting and walk-off mats…” “Wash interior and exterior of windows…” “Clean ceiling HVAC vents in rooms…”
All pricing for these three tasks in Attachment R, entitled “Contractor Estimates Per Building/Area”, will be priced out as an annual task for all five years.
In Attachment B, “Building Specifications”, Building number 45, (page Bldg. 45-3), disregard the second last task shown under “Recycled Can Containers” as this is included in the task above it.
