This is a huge villa - more like a private hotel than just a house. Photos do not do it justice.

With 12 large bedrooms, all ensuite and many with sea views, this is the perfect villa for big groups, sleeping up to 30 with endless space for everyone.

There is a full size snooker table, a fully equipped cinema room and uniquely a massive “party” or function room complete with bar and it’s own toilets. Everything you could ever need for a celebration or holiday.

Spacious and bright accommodation over 2 floors, just 10 minutes from Puerto Banus.

All the bedrooms are really a fantastic size with hotel standard bathrooms throughout. Guests love the indoor bar & huge function room for late nights (11.30 pm curfew on noise outside). Plus a 20+m lounge with 2 snugs, a full size snooker table room, a brilliant cinema room with 12 reclining armchairs, 100+

movies, table tennis table, gigantic pool and so much more. This is an exceptional villa - don’t miss out!

V E N U E H I R E F E E

This villa applies a fee of 500-2000 euros per day for holding a wedding, celebration or event at the villa when extra guests not staying at the villa are using the property.

It may also be applied for any other similar usage (eg pool party, pre wedding event or BBQ etc).

Costs for venue use depend on numbers. Let us know your plans so we can create a package for you.

beachfront dining. For golfers there are 3 courses around the corner including Los Flamingos. A 5 star thalassotherapy spa - the biggest in Andalucia - is 3 minutes

away. 1 km to supermarkets, bank, pharmacy etc.

The villa is self catering so you can cook for yourself or hire your own caterers as long as they are pre-approved and insured.

However we really recommend the in-villa catering as we have great reviews from all guests. It is fantastic value.

H o w d o I m a k e a b o o k i n g ?

• we issue a rental contract with your details on (name, address, passport number, email, telephone, date of birth)

• pay 30% deposit credit or debit card over the phone direct to the property manager / owner of the villa

• pay then the balance the same way at least 4 weeks before arrival

• venue fees and catering are payable in cash directly at the villa

• security deposit of 1000 euros (more can be asked for an event with additional people on site) is required cash on arrival or credit card number pre-authorisation

• the deposit is non-refundable if you decide to cancel your holiday

• your booking is only reserved when the deposit is received not when the contract is sent however we will reserve the dates for 7 days for you

• cancellation terms and conditions are on the booking contract

• yes - the villa is in a high class residential area and the police and local communites are very keen that residents are not disturbed by temporary visitors

• all noise outside should be at reasonable levels during the day and at night there must be no noise after 11.30 pm. Take the party inside and CLOSE the doors and keep the music down

• any DJs or bands must be pre-approved to be on site and must understand our licence is at risk if there is excessive noise. You will be unplugged!
