Competition: Singing Participants must adhere to the notation and instruction from the video for the song (Slight variations can be accepted but to the discretion of the judges).

Group: Nursery (3-4 years) + Beginner (5 years) : Any Christian song.

Primary (6-8 years) + Junior (9 -11 years): 1 hymn from the given listIntermediate & Senior (12-15 years): 1 hymn and 1 individual song of choice (Total of 2 songs)

Hymn Choices

1) My Hope is built on nothing else

2) Crown him with many crowns

3) How deep the fathers love for us4) What can wash away my sin

5) Amazing Grace

General Guidelines

Decision of the judges is final.

Violation of the guidelines will lead to disqualification All participants must sing 1 stanza minimum. This is applicable to all songs.

3 minutes will be given for the participant to start. Contestant number will be announced at which point the contestant has to present before the judge.

Hymn should be one of the 5 listed songs above.

The individual song can be in any language.

No marks will be given if the individual does not present in front of the judges.

No assistance or directions from outside in any form will be entertained in the competition podium. Participants will have to stand by themselves to perform.Score

Songs shall be graded on the following categories

Pitch/key Adherence to the note and melody of the song.

Clarity Annunciation and pronunciation of the words.

Strength Steadiness of voice power and projection.

Rhythm tempo and timing of the song.

Competition : Story Telling The story teller is to memorize the story but not to dramatize the story. Hand moments and facial expression are allowed. Stories shall be graded on four categories

Group : Beginner (5 years) + Primary (6-8 years)

Stories shall be graded on four categories: Content How well the story adheres to the Biblical passage it is taken from.

Clarity Annunciation and pronunciation of the words and voice strength and steadiness.

Moral application Application of the story to the world.

Presentation Memorization, audience contact, pace and voice modulation.Competition: Bible Reading

For Bible Reading participants, the key is to find the bible portion quickly and read the passage clearly.Group: Junior (9 -11 years) + Intermediate & Senior (12-15 years)

General Guidelines

The participants will be allowed to pick a random card from an assortment on which a Bible passage will be stated.

Participants are expected to announce their Bible portion before they open the Bible(provided by the judges). Each participant will have to find the passage from the Bible. Then , the participant can start reading.

Repetitive portions will not be given and no other Bible(s) can be used to read the passage.

Presentation, Audience contact, pace and voice modulation.
