Mapping Diameter Result Code 5012 to GMM Cause Code 171

Feature ChangesThe Diameter result code 5012 is mapped to the correct GMM cause code 17 in this release.

Previous Behavior: The Diameter result code 5012 (Diameter Unable to Comply) was incorrectly mappedto GMM cause code 7 (GPRS Service Not Allowed).

New Behavior: The Diameter result code 5012 (Diameter Unable to Comply) is mapped to GMM cause code17 (Network Failure). This modification is in compliance to 3GPP TS 29.272 (Annexure B).

Customer Impact: The GMM message with cause code 17 (Network Failure) will be sent to the UE onreceiving Diameter message with result code 5012 (Diameter Unable To Comply).
