Dear Sir or Ma’am:

I am very interested in an administrative position where I can utilize my prior work experience to enhance your continued success.

In my current position I am responsible for sales order entry for our technical sales team, working side by side with our accounting department and scheduling team to ensure proper production for Janus Intl. Janus Intl currently hold 85% market share in Self Storage Industry as a manufacturer in which we are incredibly proud of; and I enjoy averaging $4 million/mo in orders, while assisting our Project Management Director as an impromptu installation crew coordinator. I have successfully created professional relationships with my fellow employees, customers, and commercial venders.

With my current position, a mandatory requirement is to have strong product knowledge to help the technical sales team communicates with the scheduling department so that what the sale team infers to be built gets built properly. I enjoy responding to client questions, while acting as a company ambassador. I respond to customer inquiries and am responsible for resolving order entry issues quickly and accurately. As any issues arise I work with the customers, project managers, or estimators to dissect any issues and as it pertain to the customer service realm. I pro-actively communicate with purchasing, planning, and the accounting department to facility a smooth transition into the manufacturing process for all orders submitted by the technical sales team.

While at Janus I got the opportunity to assist the Director of Project Management, which led to more opportunity at Janus. This included assisting the Director of Project Management to facilitate, schedule and coordinate future projects upon receipt of all contracts in regards to the sub contracted installation crews. I regularly worked with the shipping departments to ensure via deadline production schedule is on track and installers are ready for material with the appropriate size crews. I acted as the contact person between the installation foreman and assignments any project managers has as needed along with any other tasks assigned.

My experience prior to Janus Intl was as an Assistant Store Manager. I was responsible for driving top line sales and bottom line profit. Achieving all company objectives and leading and inspiring a high performance team. I enjoyed collaborating with my District manager to create resources that drove business to maximize productivity, while meeting all standards of execution for customer service, signage and pricing, and merchandising. I was also responsible for maintaining a high level of engagement and a people development culture, since the success of the business is tied to the quality and performance of the team. I also maintained regulatory and company compliances while upholding the highest standards of safety.
