Concentrating Tables are designed to wet gravity-based separation of minerals and other granular materials.

There are many applications where the concentrating table is of particular value and cannot be equaled for economical and

The motor transmits power through belt, drives the moving jaw do periodic motion to the fixed jaw surround the eccentric

shaft. The angle between toggle plate and moving jaw increases when moving jaw moves up. So the moving jaw closes to the

The Circular Vibrating Feeder is used to transfer the large size materials and granular materials from hopper to receiving

The vibrating feeder can feed massive and granular materials evenly, fixedly and continuously from storage room into the

receiving device during the production process.

The vibrating feeder can also feed continuously and evenly for the crushing machines in the sandstone production line to avoid

blocking the receiving opening of the crusher and carry out coarse screening for materials.

The vibrating feeder is usually used in joint facilities for crushing and screening in such fields as mining area, crushing fields,

metallurgy, coal, concentration, building materials, chemical industry and grinding,etc.

The feeder takes advantage of centrifugal force produced by rotation of the eccentric block in the vibrator to make the flexible

parts of the screen such as screen box and vibrator in forced continuous circle or approximately circle movement.

The materials do continuous throwing movement on the tilting screen surface with the screen box and by this the materials are

fedc ontinuously and evenly into the receiving opening.

Vibrating Feeder is mainly used to feed material into the primary crusher homogeneously and continuously.Meanwhile,it can

screen material,making the crusher more powerful.Proven performance and maintenance free operation make our vibrating

feeders the first choice in feeders for the most demanding applications including public utilities, mining, metals

production,food processing,cement,and other industries.

In both cases the unit is provided with mild steel liners on the pan and sides of the tray, with coil spring mounting assembly on

each corner

The motor drives the roller run fast and the roller give the material plate a pressure. Since there is a deflection iron located on

both side of the roller, the material plate will vibrate to feed the dealing machine followed.
