Inductaflex’s range of induction bending machines are designed for bending round and square pipe, beams and joists, and many other special shapes.

Materials bent include Carbon Steel pipe, Stainless Steel and its alloys, forged and spun cast pipe, clad pipe.

Pipe bending capacityThe entire range of pipes can be induction bent from 3” (76mm) cast pipes up to 84” 2,000mm

The standard radii range is 3d to 10d however the machine is capable of bending up to 300 metre / 1000ft radii using specialist tooling.

Typical applications include line pipe bending, road gantries and signs, bridge tube bending, mining and quarry pipes, petrochemical piping.

Square and RectanglesWe have more structural section bending experience than any other induction bending machine manufacturer. If the result matters, Inductaflex should be your 1st choice.

Beam bending capacityAll sizes of square tubes can be curved with minimum distortion. The results are far superior to any other induction bending machine manufacturer. The specialist tooling having been developed at the World’s largest structural steel bending company.

Typical applications include, curved metal sections for renewable and offshore constructions, curved structural sections in buildings, parts for mining and quarry equipment.
