Wonder Gel : Stain-O-Kleen 160 Gel Grade

Stain-O-Kleen 160, Stainless Steel Pickling Gel is a unique, fast action, non-fuming, pickling gel to remove heat tint, weld-discoloration, oxide scale and rust from all series of stainless steels.

The corrosion resistance of stainless steel depends on the presence of an invisible protective chromium oxide surface.

Operations such as welding, grinding or exposure to carbon can damage the passive protective layer. Pickling gel cleaning restores such protective layers.

No mixing or measuring. Apply directly to surfaces to remove stubborn impurities. Wonder Gel cleans the toughest slag, weld scale and heat/ black oxide color from stainless steel.

Does not contain chlorides or sulfuric acid. No risk of corrosive damage to the steel.

Improved pickling result, offers a brighter surface with less discoloration than classical products.

Note: 1) For large surface area pickling, use : a) Stain-O-Kleen 163 Spray grade (Tanks, Vessels...) b) Stain-O-Kleen 165 Dip grade (Small parts, Components...)

2) For surface pre-cleaning /degreasing, use : a) Standard Powder grade : Stain-O-Degrease 150 b) High Performance Liquid grade : Stain-O-Degrease 155

3) For surface passivation post pickling, use : Stain-O-Passive 170.
