creora® hangtag or trademark request

[ Hangtag or TM order process ]

1. Complete the request form at www.creora.com · Fill in the fabric details of your order. Hangtag or trade mark requestor may find all the fabric

details in the fabric supplier's commercial invoice.

· Fill in the garment details of your order. Hangtag or trade mark requestor should know brand's

name, garment type, garment style no. and order quantity.

· Upload a scanned copy of the fabric supplier's commercial invoice.

In case of seamless or legwear, upload a scanned copy of the creora yarn supplier's commercial

invoice.

※ If information in the request form is insufficient, Hyosung reserves the right to reject the order.

※ In case of legwear or seamless, add covering yarn’s commercial invoice to creora yarn suppliers’

commercial invoice.

2. You will receive a confirmation email from Hyosung, and you have to send · 2yds of the full width finished fabric and a garment sample for testing to the below address.

In case of legwear or seamless, send 2 garments.

· Hyosung reserves the right to request a garment sample for any hangtag or trade mark order.

3. Hyosung gives confirmation by email and provides material as requested.

[Hangtag] Hyosung delivers hangtags to the requested recipient's address

· If samples meet fabric/garment requirements, Hyosung send a confirmation letter to requestor.

· It takes 2-3 weeks for testing and hangtag delivery normally. If your fabric has been tested and

approved in the past, the lead time is shortened.

· All delivery charges will be charged to hangtag requestor's own cost.

Hyosung does not send hangtags to fabric suppliers.

[Trademark] Hyosung grants right to use creora trademark to the requestor.

· If samples meet fabric/garment requirements, Hyosung send a confirmation letter to requestor.

· It takes 2-3 weeks for testing and garment confirm normally. If your fabric has been tested and

approved in the past, the lead time is shortened.

· Hyosung does not send trademark images to fabric suppliers. Hyosung provides trademark

images only to packagers or appointed package design agency by brand or retailer.

※ Spandex yarn on the submitted fabric should be 100% creora spandex yarn.
