1.Safety Rules For your personal safety, please read the manual carefully, be

familiar with the machine's applications and limitations, as well as the

related potential danger .

A. Please read the manual carefully before usage.



B. Do not start device before closing the doors.

C. Please close the protect door when working. Do not put your hand

on the cutting space.

D. Using a third ground connection，poor ground line may cause

equipment damage or endanger personal safety.

E. Only professional man can open electrical boxes.

3.Features *Built in mini Vacuum Pump;

* The components are imported. Constant temperature heatin,

temperature can be staying ±5℃.

* Customized motors built in to ensure long time operation without

overheating

*Can be setted cutting speed accurately by cutting frequency which

controlled by time



4.Operation Process 1.Turn on after power plug, preheating the plate by setting the

temperature as 90℃;

2. Put the product on the plate after the real temperature get to the

setting temperature;

3.Setting to automatic mode, then press start, adjust the place of

cutting wire by Micrometer;

4.Turn on the speed control button(Right side of the machine), adjust

the speed by clockwise slowly;

5.Push the plate lightly to make sure the cutting wire can cut the whole

screen stable, you can try 2-3 times repeatedly;

6.Finished the cutting, press the start button again to stop, then get the

separate screen.
