Participation Waiver: Knowingly and at my own risk, I hereby apply to enter the Mankato Family YMCA Spring 2018 Racquetball Tournament and hereby waive and release any and all claims for damages that I may incur as a result of my participation in the tournament against all sponsors and any employee, volunteer, official or elected official of these organizations for said injuries.

USAR rules apply. Format and awards will be dependent on the size of the division. A minimum of two matches will be guaranteed. Matches will be self-refereed. EYEWEAR IS MANDATORY.
