The American Indian is of the soil, whether itbe the region of forests, plains, pueblos, or mesas. He fits into the landscape, for the hand that fashioned the continent also fashioned the man for his surroundings. He once grew as naturally as the wild sunflowers, he belongs just as the buffalo belonged.

MANIDOOLEADERSHIP AND SELF DEVELOPMENT WORKSHOPS

The word "Manidoo" is Aboriginal and it means SPIRIT.

Manidoo workshops are based on the idea of our distinguishing the organic and interconnected principles of nature and celebrating them.

We use the grape vine as the metaphor of nature.

The grape vine is one of the oldest cultivated plants in the world. Fossilized leaves, seeds and stems of this auspicious plant have been foundin ancient sites throughout the Northern Hemisphere, some thought to be as much as 40 million years old.

As human beings we are deeply connected to the grape vine and weve shared this bond since the beginning of time.

Today grape vines flourish in almost every country and culture around the world.

By accepting our selves as an inter-connected element of nature and embracing the grape vine as our teacher we can discover more in depth aspects of our own spirit .

We need not change who we are. Like the grape vine, we can embrace adversity and even suffering as positive and necessary elements to grow, flourish and become more complex in our spirit. .

Manidoo Leadership is for organizations with a commitment to be a leader in their industry.

It is for organizations with an interest in supporting the well being of its people as well as prospering and profiting.

Manidoo Leadership is for your organization if you are interested in these things and in making choices, however small or large they might be, that support the healing of Mother Earth.

Is your organization up for the challenge?
