The above report shows daily attendance for the staff in the FINANCE Department. The report contains hours worked for each staff per day. The report is for one week (the first week of October) starting from 01/10/2017 – 07/10/2017

The Personnel Module maintains records on employees allowing immediate and automatic linking to other HR modules. It is made up of the following sub-modules:

The Personnel Module captures all the above bio-

¡ Capture basic employee info such as dates of birth and employment, religion, tribe, job title, department, bank details, pay method, PIN/TIN, NSSF, ID numbers, Cost Centre

¡ Grades and grade levels are defined and assigned to employees. The grade levels define salary and benefit scales

¡ Capture the referees of the employee and their contacts

¡ Transfer employees and keep history of staff movement

¡ Tracks grievances and appeals by employee, warnings and disciplinary actions by employer

¡ Staff discharge is thru resignation, terminations, end of contract, summarily dismissal, desertion, death and others. The system checks the notice date to incorporate payment in lieu of. Terminal benefits are calculated and a report generated

From an ind iv idua l ' s attendance records, the manager can view the OT worked.From here the manager can approve the OT worked before it is pushed to the payroll side defined .company. The manager can overwrite what the clock has calculated as OT. This is done in consideration of the actual useful OT done.

Note that some of these OT Hours can be converted to Off Days. This can be done via the “Gen Off Days” button at the bottom of this screen.

Create shifts and assign to employees accordingly. In this example, the shift is for employees who come to work at 8am and leave at 5pm in the evening. The overtime is calculated based on excess of 48 hours in a week. This overtime will be passed directly to payroll without the need to post it again.
