- Household’s production area is small difficulty to
supply high volume, same products
- Added-value products have not focused
- Almost exported products are processed, not much
fresh mango (unmet quality, short time storage…)

- Standardize the mango production process
- Clearance land for investing logistic system (post-
harvest treatment line, processing line, storage…)
- Financial support for enterprise to establish the
production line, added-value products
- Bridge the enterprises and farmers/farmer groups
(cooperatives)
- Develop coopertives
