ICT stands for Information and Communication Technology (Computers, Internet, Projectors,

etc.). TLM stands for Teaching learning Materials (Lesson plans, charts, models, etc.)

Enter the total amount of expenditure incurred by the institute in the previous financial year on

its Library resources.

Enter the total amount of expenditure incurred by the institute in the previous financial year on

its indoor and/or outdoor games and sports equipment such as Tennis Balls, Shuttle cocks,

etc.

Enter the total amount of expenditure incurred by the Institute on the salary of Teaching/Non-

Teaching staff in the previous financial year.

Select whether the land the institute is built on, is in the name of a Society, Trust or the Institute.

Enter the Total Built-up Area (in square feet) as mentioned in the approved building plan or the

Building Completion Certificate the institute.

Select whether the Institute has obtained the mutation order or not. A mutation order is obtained

in case of a change in the total land area.
