FINDINGS AND INFERENCES

• Both the organizations, NIIT and Brainware try very hard to train their employees by providing them training on different skills, so that they can deliver up to the expected level.

• They also use different types of test to judge their employees. Feedback is a major part of training industry. They conduct regular feedback from their beneficiaries to see what going on in both the organizations. They use this feedback for evaluation and appraisal of their employees.

• Form the employee’s point of view they are happy to work in the respective companies. They also feel that both the organization do not provide them with too much of work pressure. This also makes them actively participate in the other activities of their respective organizations.

RECOMMENDATIONS

• Both NIIT & Brainware should conduct personality tests of their employees more often.

• The organizations should take heed of the conflict management within the organization.

• They should conduct some standardized personality test like MBTI or FIRO-B for the employees in order to have a standardized result.

• Both NIIT & Brainware are found to be easy going with the employees, this is good for the industrial harmony but may lead to reluctance. Therefore a bit more pressure and strictness will be healthy for both organizations.
