Education: Yaroslavl Higher Military Financial College, Academy of Public Administration of the

Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus. PhD in economics.

Professional experience: from 1992 to 2005 - holding top positions in the banking system.

From 2005 to 2010 - Chairman of the Management Board of JSC Belagroprombank. 2010-2012

– Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Belarus. From August 2012 – Chairman of the

Management Board of JSC Development Bank of the Republic of Belarus.

TATYANA SOSNOVSKAYA

First Deputy Chairman of the Management Board

Monitors the issues of government programs financing, inviting corporate clients for projects

financing on account of family funds and Chinese credit facility, activities of the executive

director, operations of unitary service enterprise BR-Consult regarding management of

woodworking enterprises, legal and methodological support of the Bank’s operations, raising

funds of insurance companies and corporate clients through selling bank’s bonds, raising local

budgets funds for depositing.

Professional experience: from 1993 to 2011 - employed by JSC Belagroprombank. From

JSC Development Bank of the Republic of Belarus.

Deputy Chairman of the Management Board

Monitors the issues of personnel policy, providing of the Bank’s functioning , IT-support.

Head of the IT-Committee.

Education: Novosibirsk Higher Command Military Political General Service School named after

60th anniversary of the Great October; Military University; Belarusian State Economic University

Professional experience: from 1977 to 1994 -service in the Army. 1995 – 2001 - working in the

banking system of the Republic of Belarus. From 2001 to 2005 – holding top positions in

commercial entities. 2005 – 2010 – employed by JSC Belagroprombank. 2010 – 2012 Deputy

Chairman of the Management Board of JSC Belagroprombank. From February 2013 – Deputy

Chairman of the Management Board of JSC Development Bank of the Republic of Belarus.

NATALIA YASINSKAYA

Deputy Chairman of the Management Board

Monitors economic and financial issues of the Bank’s activity, system of the banking risks

management, advertising and informational support of the Bank’s operation, analysis and

strategic planning.

Education: Belarusian State University. PhD in economics.

Professional experience: from 1997 to 2008 - employed by JSC Savings Bank Belarusbank, JSC

Belagroprombank. From 2008 to 2013–Deputy Chairman of the Management Board of JSC

Belagroprombank. From November 2013 – Deputy Chairman of the Management Board of JSC

Development Bank of the Republic of Belarus.

IVAN VARENITSA

Deputy Chairman of the Management Board

Monitors the issues of export financing, small and medium enterprises financing, treasury and

FX transactions, raising funds from republican budget and Minsk City Executive Committee as

deposits, issue and circulation of the Bank’s bonds, international cooperation, operation of the

Representative office of JSC Development Bank of the Republic of Belarus in the United

Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland, in London, arranging bad debt repayment,

pledged property management.

Education: Belarusian State University; Belarusian State Economic University .

Professional experience: from 1997 to 2016 – employed by Priorbank OJSC. From January 2016 -

Deputy Chairman of the Management Board of JSC Development Bank of the Republic of Belarus.

October 2011 - Chief Accountant of JSC Development Bank of the Republic of Belarus.
