1. The Mantic Points Program is operated by Mantic Entertainment Limited and is available to all customers.

2. Mantic points can be found in Mantic Games products.

3. Mantic Points may only redeemed against products listed in the special ‘Redeem your Mantic Points’ section of

the Mantic Games website. All Mantic Point rewards are subject to availability and Mantic Entertainment reservesthe right to substitute or remove mantic products at their discretion.

4. Mantic Points may only be redeemed by attaching the correct number of Mantic Points to your printed ordownloaded Mantic Points Card and sending your completed card to Mantic Entertainment, 2nd Floor,23 Barker Gate, Nottingham, NG1 1JU, UK including your name and address on this form.

5. For all 10 & 25 Mantic Points rewards you will be required to pay a set fee to cover P&P.

6. For all 50 Mantic Points rewards, Mantic Entertainment will post your reward completely free of charge.

7. Altered or photocopied Mantic Points will not be accepted.

8. If a product is unavailable the relevant number of Mantic Points will be re-credited. No cash refunds will be given.

9. Each legitimate Mantic Point has a cash value redemption value of 0.0001p.

10. Mantic Entertainment reserves the right to change or amend the terms and conditions of the Mantic Pointsprogramme at any time and can end the promotion with 28 day notice.

11. These terms and conditions will be governed by English law.

12. In case of dispute the decision of Mantic Entertainment shall be nal and binding.
