MALUNGGAY COMBO Ingredients: 2 cups malunggay leaves 1 cup malunggay fruits 1 cup leftover fish, flaked 1 cup coconut milk ½ cup carrot pulp from the juice 1 tsp. salt iodized 1 head garlic minced 1 peach onion chopped ¼ cup butter 1 tsp. ground pepper 1 tsp. sugar Sauce 1 cup evaporated milk ½ cup all purpose flour 2 tsp. salt 1 tsp. ground pepper 2 tsp. sugar ½ cup mashed camote Preparation Instructions 1. Saute garlic onion and flaked fish. 2. Add malunggay leaves. 3. Add coconut milk and seasoning.

½ cup all purpose flour 2 tsp. salt1 tsp. ground pepper2 tsp. sugar½ cup mashed camote

Preparation Instructions

1. Saute garlic onion and flaked fish.2. Add malunggay leaves.3. Add coconut milk and seasoning.4. Add malunggay fruits. Cook for 2 minutes5. Pour sauce on top.6. Serve attractively.
