MALUNGGAY COMBO
Ingredients:
2 cups malunggay leaves1 cup malunggay fruits1 cup leftover fish, flaked1 cup coconut milk½ cup carrot pulp from the juice1 tsp. salt iodized 1 head garlic minced1 peach onion chopped ¼ cup butter1 tsp. ground pepper1 tsp. sugar
Sauce 1 cup evaporated milk
½ cup all purpose flour 2 tsp. salt1 tsp. ground pepper2 tsp. sugar½ cup mashed camote
Preparation Instructions
1. Saute garlic onion and flaked fish.2. Add malunggay leaves.3. Add coconut milk and seasoning.4. Add malunggay fruits. Cook for 2 minutes5. Pour sauce on top.6. Serve attractively.
