1st Step: Go to http://gst.customs.gov.my

Please make sure you have the following ready:

Business Registration Number and/or IC number

A valid email address

Total Taxable Supplies

Industry Codes (Can be found inside the system)

Bank Account Information

1 month bank statement

What’s Next?

Companies with revenue over RM500k will be processed within 24 hours

(working days)

Companies with revenue less than RM500k will be processed within 2-3

business days

After process completed, you will receive an email title “NEW TAP

LOGON” containing your “kod kebenaran”

You can logon to http://gst.customs.gov.my using your email address,

password and this “kod kebenaran” to access your company’s TAP

account.

GST e-Voucher Registration

1st Step: Go to http://gst-evoucher.smecorp.gov.my

Things you need:

A valid Email Address

Sdn Bhd: Latest Audited Account (If do not have audited account yet, please

prepare Management Account)

Enterprise: Management Account

EPF Statement

Shareholders’ and equity information

After submitting the form, you will get an email

from “gst.smecorp” asking you to click on a link to

verify your email.

You can only login to your account once you click

on this link.

Once verified, go back to http://gst-

evoucher.customs.gov.my and click on

“Application” and log into your account

Things to remember

You should only give this e-Voucher to the vendor that you are interested to purchase GST-Compliant Accounting Software from.

Please DO NOT share your e-Voucher on Facebook!

Please DO NOT share your e-Voucher serial number on Facebook (or with anyone else)!

Please DO NOT take a selfie with your e-Voucher and post it on Instagram or Twitter.

This is because e-Voucher serial number shall be treated as PRIVATE & CONFIDENTIAL as the number can be claimed.

Once claimed, the e-Voucher can no longer be used.
