Regular maintenance is critical when implementing new dealership software and processes. This maintenance plan is designed to make sure all your products and processes work together as one so that you continue to get the most from your Retail Management System.

Develop the maintenance plan: The consulting team will work with the dealership’s management team to develop an action plan based on the products installed and the needs of the dealership.

Observation and review: The consulting team will review system reports and conduct on-site visits to identify improvement areas for the dealership.

Execution:The consulting team will use a combination of training, coaching, and role playing to improve system performance and utilization and enhance staff skills.

Review: The consulting team will review the action plan and next steps with the management staff. They will discuss any action items to be completed prior to the next visit.
