  • Make a Premium Payment

    To get started, log in to your online account at floridablue.com/medicare. Click My Plan. Then select Pay My Bill from the dropdown list.

    On the Online Billing and Payment screen, you have two payment options: Make a Payment (if it’s your first time) and Quick Pay (once your payment information has been stored in the system).

  • 4 Add a payment method by clicking the Add Payment Method button. You can use a bank account, credit card or debit card to pay. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and Diners Club.

    5 Select your preferred

    payment method and enter the amount you want to pay in the Payment Amount field. Click Review Payment to continue.

    6 If the information is correct, click Submit Payment.

    After you click Make a Payment, you’ll see your billing details, including plan name, payment due date and amount due for each plan. The total amount due will display at the top of the screen. Click Make a Payment to continue.

  • After clicking Submit Payment, the Payment Confirmation screen will appear with a payment confirmation number for future reference, if needed. You can print this page or download it as a PDF file. You can also opt to have it sent to you via text message or email. Choose the button for your preference.

    Want to receive email updates about your payment? Make sure to enter your email address when you schedule your payment.

  • Quick Pay is available once your bank account, credit card or debit card details are in the system. On the Online Billing and Payment screen, click Quick Pay. You’ll see all of your payment details, including the payment method.

    Just like the steps for the first-time payment, to change the payment method, click the down arrow and select a different one. Or to add a new method, click Add Payment Method. Enter the amount you want to pay in the Payment Amount field. Then click Review Payment. If the information is correct, click Submit Payment. Just like before, you can choose to save or print the confirmation or have it sent to you via email. Your payment is now complete!

  • On the Online Billing and Payments screen, click Payment Settings, then Set Up Autopay.

    Select the plan for which you want to set up autopay. Fill in the details, including payment method and your email address (required). Review the autopay agreement and click Save Settings. If you want to stop autopay later, simply click Stop Autopay. A confirmation message will tell you that your autopay has been successfully set up.

  • Choose either Make a Payment (first payment), Quick Pay (after your payment details are in the system) or Schedule Payments. Follow the simple steps for the payment option you choose. As with the online payments, you can choose to have the confirmation details sent to you via text message or email.

    Select Payments. Then select Pay Online.

  • Choose Schedule Payments. Enter Payment Date, Payment Amount and select your Payment Method. Click Review Payment.

    Review your payment details and select Submit Payment. A confirmation message will appear.

    Your payment is now scheduled!

    Select Payments. Then select Pay Online.

  • Select Autopay. Choose or add the payment method you want to use. Enter your email address (required). Review the autopay agreement and select OK. A confirmation message will appear. Your automatic payments are now set up!

    From this screen, you can also stop autopay, change your payment method or update your email address, if needed. If you make changes, select Update Autopay and your changes will be saved for future payments.
