• They have a big oil company that is called Statoil which employs many
people.• Lysefjorden is popular for hiking.
• The coastline is breathtaking for its beauty and many tourists and locals
visit Kjerag a very popular location for BASE-jumping.
• They also have an alpine center for skiers and snowboarding which is
close to the city Stavanger.
• The Stavanger Museum and the Norwegian Petroleum Museum
are famous throughout the country.
