TALIS has its origin in the association of 10 different companies in 2010,

which were all specialists in the field of water for decades before. The oldest

known milestone in this history dates back to the foundation of BAYARD,

ERHARD and SCHMIEDING. A varied and exciting company history can be

seen when we look back at the development of all the affiliated companies

TALIS CHARITY PROJECT

There is not enough water to go round, but it is

one of our most essential resources.

As water is our business, we started looking

at how we could help to correct this problem

and decided to work together with a non-profit

organization called “Just a Drop”.

To help give people access to potable water,

TALIS supports this water charity with one

project a year – starting with a project in Kenya,

which was chosen by TALIS employees. As this

is our area of expertise we will support the

selected project in the future with valves and

engineering know-how as well. The mission of

Just a Drop is to provide clean water, sanitation

and hygiene education to communities in need

through practical, sustainable water solutions.

The organization has already reached over

1.3 million people in 31 countries.
