Introduction

Mr. Mounir Benjaffal an entrepreneur CEO/Founder of Majestic Cab (Paris), having 19 years of experience in travel and tourism industry is launching a new concept of sightseeings among Paris and French Castles in a short time (1 or 2 days). Currently Mr. Mounir runs his Luxury Cab corporation at low cost, having tie-up with Uber network. With Uber Mr Mounir pays a huge amount in commission and needs to build his autonomy with his own customers. Majestic Cab have brand new cars, well trained drivers, lower cab hiring rates, safe and secure trip assurance. Plus of that, they offer hybrid and Electric cars. Current Scenario: Mr. Mounir found out travellers who are coming to Paris for vacation/leisure have to stay near to hotels which are surrounded by polluted environment and have lack of security.

Solution: “Majestic Cab” project, comprises of creating a mobile application. With Majestic Cab mobile app, travelers will get quick options of booking convenient taxis and Chateaux from a single app. Travel Agents & Chateaux Agents will be a part of application, they upload their Cabs & Chateaux details from back end. These details will be visible on Majestic Cab mobile application. Mr. Mounir will be admin of application and will manage all the modules.

Travel Agents, Chateaux Agent & Super Admin will have web interface to manage all the things, as per authentication provided to them. Majestic Cab will also advertise through the application. So that user Majestic Cab application will come to know more about Majestic Cabs and Mr. Mounir.

Features Traveler (Login/Register (Login via G+, FB or Twitter))



• Once after installing Majestic Cab mobile application, Traveller will gets redirected to login and registration screen.

• Registration: Traveller needs to register first to get access of Majestic Cab mobile application.

• Login: Traveller will have the feature to login through email address, Facebook, Twitter or Google+

• Forgot Password: This will help Traveller in retrieving old password.

Features Traveler (Search for Taxi)



• Once Traveller taps on Taxi icon, list of nearby luxury cabs with agents name will gets displayed on the screen.

• Traveller will have various options to search & sort luxury cabs available.

• As per current location of Traveller, pickup location will gets auto fill.

• These features will allow Traveller to get wide variety of luxury cabs with different prices available.

Features Traveler (Book)



• Here on booking screen, Traveller needs to enter booking details here.

• Traveller can enter his preferences in booking details such as GRP enabled, Toddler seat, Child seat, Booster seat.

• Here Traveller also needs to enter his name, destination, number of days to hire cab etc.

Features Traveler (Payment Online)



• Once Travellers confirms booking details, he/she will gets redirected to the payment screen.

• Here Traveller will check final amount that he needs to pay.

• Promo Code: If Traveller is having any promo code he can use and avail its benefits.

• Traveller can make payment through PayPal, Credit Card, Debit Card etc.

Features Traveler (Search for Chateaux)



• On home screen, if Traveller taps on Chateaux . He/she will be able to search Chateaux as per his need.

• There are multiple search options available to get better results. There is also an option of advanced search, in this Traveller can search Chateaux as per location.

• All the results will be displayed on the basis of search parameters selected.

• Traveller can choose any of the sorted Chateaux and see its details.

• It will have address, location map & contact number of Chateaux.

• As you can see fares will also gets displayed as per information is provided earlier.

• Once Traveller finalises Chateaux, he can move ahead for booking and make payment.

• From here Traveller can also contact Chateaux Agent.

• Detailed information can also be viewed from here.

• At the bottom final rate will gets displayed and tapping on that Traveller will gets redirected to payment screen.
