Dear Sir/Madam Robot model No. MAID2030 I have recently bought a robot from your company. However, I am sorry to say that I have had a lot of problems with this robot. I think you really need to improve the performance of your robots.

First, my robot’s batteries only lasted one week. I think they

should last for at least two months. Also, my robot is very laz

y. It only works for one hour every day. For the test of the da

y, my family and I have to do everything ourselves. I think a

robot should work at least 12 hours every day.

Another problem is that my robot is only interested in doing the laundry. However, I think the most important things a robot should do are cleaning and cooking.

I am also not happy that I had to get my robot checked twice in one month. I think my robot should only need checking every year.

The size of my robot is wrong. I chose a very small robot from your list. However, you sent me a large one and it takes up a lot of space in my flat.

Finally, I expect a robot to last for at least 10 years. I paid a lot of money for this robot and I have spent a lot of time reading the instructions but it only worked for a short time.

Unless you reply with an explanation to all of these problems, I will return the robot to you and expect my money back.
